The customer service given by Alba was amazing. I have never felt more welcome at any restaurant. She explained everything to me and offered great suggestions to elevate the already excellent food. This was my first time here and I had the steak sandwich. It was fantastic. The spicy fried green beans were excellent as well.
This place is really good. The seasonal sandwich Cubano is good but has a bit too much sauce making the bread a bit fragile but the facility is very clean, the manager was bery nice and professional. Among their drink selections the black tea or strawberry drink which is on tap for refills are both awesome.
Habir burger has great food. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars was the front cash wasn't ... Effective at taking the order and caused several delays getting our order in and right.But otherwise everything was fantastic. I'll go again, so don't take the 4 stars as too much of a negative.
This place has THE BEST ranch out of any fast food burger joint. Quick. Has vegaterian options. Plus sweet potatoe fries!
I got my hamburger raw so I went up to the cashier and she said that's how we make our hamburgers. She said she would make me a new hamburger at no charge and after 20 min she gave me the wrong one
Love thier burger with grilled pineapple. Almost as good as red Robin... But much less expensive. Love the grown green beans too. Definately a favorite place.
I'm rating 3 stars as an over all review. I've been about 5 times in the last 2 years.Things I love that have kept me visiting:•greenbean fries•garlic brussel sprouts•delicious fresh drinks•ahi tuna sandwich - more on thisThings that drive me up the wall:•inconsistent service-once had to wait over 30 mins for order to be ready, 2 other times 15-20 mins wait other times 10-15 range (10-15 is a little long but absolutely understandable for food made fresh to order)•the staff always seems incohesive, poor communication & team attitude (to each other not customers) including how the manager is treating the employees•the sandwich I want (tuna) is hit or miss. Idk why but sometimes it's soggy.....?Overall, I'll still go occasionally. It is always clean & no one has ever been rude to me, I just wish I could have a consistent experience in an atmosphere w/o employee tension.
I am obsessed with their Impossible Burger! For a fast food place they have many options for a health diet! I have gone to 3 different locations in the past 3 weeks and the customer service was amazing at all 3! Friendly and helpful as well as fast!
The food is decent. Sadly tonight I saw an employee wearing a fleece face covering, not even over his nose and mouth. Fleece face coverings have been known for sometime to increase the spread of COVID, rather than decrease it.
Burgers were great. I got the Impossible and it was delicious. Shake machine wasn't working so we missed out on that.
