Absolutely ? the best fast food restaurant around! From the amazing professional, outgoing customer service (from the ENTIRE crew, including the great Chefs ) to the outstanding food this is hands down the place to go eat. I would recommend it to everyone to try. You won't regret it. The managers Jessica, Terrance and Carey are phenomenal leaders.
I got the portabella char. Good burger but not overly impressive. Came out hot, fries were hot, fresh and nicely salted. Condiment bar with hot sauce, ketchup, mustard, sugars and Splendas, jalapeños, chili peppers and pepperchinis. Got the cinnamon toast crunch shake too, I felt like Vincent from Pulp Fiction ($5 MILKSHAKE?!? That's a pretty f*#kin good milkshake but I don't know if it's worth $5)
I took my daughter here because she loves burgers. The place is so clean, and the staff is very nice and got our order exactly right! They have all the condiments you could need plus a jalapeno bar. The food is so tasty, and they have a great variety to their menu. I had a cheeseburger and fries and so did my daughter. Their fries are crispy and salty, and the burger was grilled to perfection. We went back the next weekend with the whole family! They open at 10:30 am so that's a good time to go when it's pretty empty. Their shakes look so delicious! I'm going to have a shake next time for sure!
This place has my favorite veggie burger. Don't order it with the grilled onions because it is cooked with meat juices or something - they explain that when you order it.DO get some pepperoncini peppers with it though. *chef's kiss*
Friendly, happy people work here! The burgers are very good, and served fast. Fried Brussels Sprouts are great!
Jonathan was absolutely awesome! Polite, genuine concern about my visit!Also, he was cleaning the dining room and used a separate towel to wipe the seats from the table. I ? % appreciated that the most. I truly feel that he should be given a positive commendation for his work. In an environment that has been difficult he was impeccable. I hope he is working next time I visit.
First time here Sunday night, ordered through the drive thru, took a little long to get our food. When we got the food the fries were cold, not even warm just cold. Chicken bites were hard, patty melt just didn't taste right. The only good thing was the BBQ burger which was slightly warm. Maybe we will go back in the future and hope for a better experience. Sucks to spend over $30 for food that went straight into the trash.
Nice quick birthday meal... Well made and great tasting charcoal grilled burger. The meat is definitely the centerpiece here though they definitely don't skimp on toppings... For myself, portobello mushrooms, bacon, cheese and a delicious sauce. For my partner, a California style burger melt on grilled sourdough with smashed avocado. The fries were decent as well. To avoid: the house made strawberry lemonade and the cinnamon toast crunch milkshakes unless you enjoy slimy, soggy pieces of cereal that add little in the way of flavor. Friendly service but this is fastfood style order before you sit down and get notified by a beeper so you can collect your food when it has been prepared to specifications about 10 minutes later.
Good burger. The cashier who took our order repeated back to us but then did not place the order correctly. Then when we given frys instead of the onion rings we ordered she wanted to argue and say we got what we ordered. Very disappointing to have a cashier be insecure to the point that they imply the customer is lying and trying to get a $1.50 upgrade for free. While the burger was good it didn't make up for steadfast disrespect.
Horrible experience at the drive thru. After a several minute delay, the order came out wrong. Ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich that came with mayo and veggies, drinks were incorrect, and the sprite was flavorless carbonated water. Similar mix-ups happened on a previous dine-in experience. With three less-than-average meals for over $38, I’m highly doubtful there will be a third visit.
