They put an extra drink on my bill. I don't trust them now. They charge $5.99 for a side of chili, not a cup or bowl. A side is like a dipping cup size. The fries were overcooked. Their flights, you get four samples, and pay $18-20. Not worth it. Go to a beer house and get 8 samples for $22. The bartenders didn't know about their flights saying, "we've never served them before." Not good for a first experience at the bar post COVID. Service slow. The only thing I liked was the Philly Cheese steak. I will stick to bars I know and trust from here on.

Outstanding place to hang out, relax, enjoy awesome cocktails while watching tv on many screens. I haven't tried the food, but the aroma wafting through the pub certainly was seducing my taste buds to try a nibble. Frozen Cactus is roomy and even had an outside covered patio.... Come on down!
Even though the cook was out that day, they still made us a big plate of nachos!

The Bartenders are great here and offer a wide range of "tasty" libations and non alcoholic drinks. The ambience is warm and welcoming, as should be expected of a "neighborhood bar".... I had a blind date that I met there and he was pleasantly pleased with my choice of meeting point... I didn't give five stars because I haven't tried their food fare, but i did enjoy the aroma of food cooking wafting through the air!
Went with my friends over the weekend for my birthday and had an absolutely great time! Our server was super sweet and did her best to answer our questions. The Bahama Mama was good, but oh my gosh the watermelon birthday shot the bartender made me was excellent!! Chicken tenders were the best I've had in awhile and my friends really enjoyed their food as well. Would love to go back whenever I'm in Tucson again!
Amazing house made Gelato! As a vegan in Tucson I am especially appreciative of their offerings at least 4 or 5 per visit! The sweet potato is a must and if you're okay with milk I recommend anything mint!
The Frozen Cactus was a wonderful venue for our work Christmas party. The decorations were festive, the food was delicious, and the service was amazing. We will definitely be returning for future work gatherings.
