Smelly, tight space. Not enough seating but this bar is historic and they have great drink deals and happy minute which equals free drinks ?

Nice little dive bar. Good atmosphere. Drinks mixed perfectly.

If you are a professional drinker like my friend and I are, the Buffet might just be the ticket. Not only a fantastic dive, but purportedly Tucson's oldest continually-operating. We met some cool guys at the bar, looking like they lived there, who challenged my sculptor friend as to how long he had been in the vicinity. He came in a close second being from Bisbee for over 45 years. Me, just 50 years from Jerome and Cottonwood. Had a blast and will be back.....with Schwarzenegger.

Bartenders and patrons are great. The bar is in a quiet neighborhood and a great atmosphere to be around

Another classic. It is always the same. In a good way mostly. Bartenders are all super friendly, and despite the motley crew that you find there, most of them are as well. Super local, Super Old School, And all the Coors draft you can handle! They also have a full bar. I give it an "A".A little piece of Tucson for sure.

Hey it’s a total dive bar…but it’s a Tucson classic. It looks a bit shady on the outside and you would likely want to be in a group of 2-4 people to enter, but once inside you will find it fun and a great place for a shot and a beer!Stop in…it’s a college classic for the older than college group of locals.VictorB

I have always felt very fond of the Buff. From my 1st visit in 1974,a [email protected] High,(go Badgers) still. Going on 18 years of age, only 1 year shy of leagle drinking age of 19!! Later in life not working, sleeping under the Corbett building great big covered porch,on 6th Ave. & 7th St. I would get up & stash my bedding gear,(I really had great bedding gear at this time),and stroll on over to the Buff and get a coupla jumbo drafts get warm &watch the Young & the Restless with Peggy. I don't know how Peggy could see to do anything behind the bar wearing those black as midnight sunglasses ?,but she managed it crockpot dogs &all.
