It was decent food and service but really expensive for what we ordered. $100 (including tip) for 2 people but to be fair, we had a ton of food leftover...lol
Food is good but service needs a bit improvement. Some staff understand how important good customer service is. Others do not. Training opportunity.
Great food, excellent service.
Service is bad. Took them 20 min to give us our drinks. We sat there for 20 more min and no one even came to take our order. We seen a roach on the booth and when we attempt to inform the lady upfront she was a younger light Hispanic know what was going on all she said was oh ok I’m sorry about that, not giving any care what so ever. The service is bad now, Nothing compared to how it was before
Delicious! Perfectly cooked and served quickly during the lunch rush. I got the vegetable lunch special.
My husband is of Cantonese descent and was seriously jonesing for an old fashioned Chinese New Year dinner. Out of desperation we stopped at The Bamboo Terrace for dinner. Started with egg flower soup, a version of egg drop soup. It was thick and heavy with egg and vegetables, with a rich chicken broth. Chicken lo mein, by which my husband judges all chinese restaurants, had the plumpest noodles, tenderest chicken and a smokey sauce. Egg foo young was hard to pass up even though it took extra time to make. It tasted even better for breakfast the next day. Curry chicken was also satisfying. Be aware, the veggies in all 3 of our dishes looked like the frozen bags of mixed carrots & peas from the supermarket.
Been going here for 25+ years and won't be going back. Ever since the owners have put their focus on their other restaurant this place has gone down hill, inconsistent food and poor service.Went in and waited for 25 min and still never had our order taken, when we went up to the cashier to try and pay for our drinks so we could just go else where.. and instead of an apology the cashier mumbles "they just got here" and to top it off the "manager " that never looks even the slightest professional said "if we didn't get to you, we didn't get to you".. so with this and the fact that a mouse was seen in here just a month ago... no thanks
I asked to replace the white rice with barbecue pork fried rice. I was told sure it would cost $2 more So I said OK. We ended up with white rice with soy sauce. $2 more for white rice with soy sauce. What rip off
Shrimp fried rice and shrimp rolls were delicious! Seated myself had to wait longer than should have for a menu and to order.
The food was excellent and very appreciated! For some of the best wonton soup this is a must try destination! The egg rolls will delight you as an appetizer.
