Got there a bit late at 10pm. I know they close it at 10:30pm but nevertheless our waitress was very nice and happy to serve us. The food was good and since we were one of the last customers it was not too long to get our food. It was a good time and my steak was well cooked and my sweet potato was packed with marshmallows..
The wait staff was very good - friendly, quick to help and accurate with orders. They were kind to go through the Happy Birthday routine for one of our party. The food was tasty and generous. Using the app, we got on the wait list saving us a long wait at the door. My only complaint is the music is just a little too loud. It was difficult to have a conversation with my family. I will certainly return.
Great service, fantastic food. Its a chain restaurant, but with out the feel of one. Prices are fair and food is always delicious. With big portions and plenty of choices it is hard to leave hungry! Whether it's lunch or a dinner can't go wrong stopping in for a bite to eat.
Asked for a well done burger which resulted in a very burnt burger. Also, our waitress Izzy didn't seem to care about customer service or her job until she became super friendly while providing us a bill (so she can get tipped, which she did, but really?). She was very much happy and friendly during the bill process, but even when I said my burger wasn't good she just grabbed it quickly and walked away without a single word (no apology, no I'm sorry I'll fix that, or even an OK...nothing out of her mouth). Until like 10-15 min later after helping the table across from us did she then state it'll be fixed and a manager would bring it. ???
Place is trash sad part about it is I go there thinking maybe it’s different now but nope never is all the other TRH in town are good why is this one different give you the order no bread ok go back to ask for some there is none I will have to wait 30 minutes while my food is in the car then get home and no chili don’t even want to drive back the 20 minutes plus they where 35 minutes late on my order hope one day it will improve so as of now I rate this place a 1 out of 10

Going to a restaurant on a Friday night with 3 little kids 7 and under is frightening but TAYLOR made it an outstanding experience. He took care of the big things and the small things without us having to ask. We had one steak that wasn't quite cooked to expectations no problem Taylor picked out a perfect replacement steak that came out delicious. We didn't have to ask for extra paper napkins because kids just make more messes. He looked over at our table and just brought them over when welcoming us. It was an WONDERFUL night! Call ahead seating was so smooth by George. We had a very short wait after arrival. All in all highly recommend THIS location. Thanks for caring about the customer experience even during rush.
Always a pleasure to dine at any Texas Roadhouse! Fast service!! Delicious salmon! Mouth-watering steaks that are tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked to order!! Their dinner rolls are among my all-time favorites with the slightly cinnamon flavored butter!! YUMMY FOOD ALWAYS!!!
Went there to have dinner with family on a Saturday night. We waited an hour before we were seated. Only to get a waitress that was ready to go home. Our drinks were served after 45 minutes only to know that they had ran out of beer. After another half hour we received our drinks. Everyone around us were eating even though we were seated before them. When we finally received our food it was cold. It was 1030 and everyone was gone for the night. I took my food home as I was no longer hungry. When we finally received our bill it was incorrect. What an awful experience. We deserved better service.
