Amazing food and service celebrating my parents 59th wedding anniversary! Couldnât have asked for a better experience from the moment we walked in the restaurant. Every single staff member was top notch and really seemed to take special care to ensure we had the best meal and experience. Mission accomplished! We will be back soon!

We love Sullivanâs but last night the food was just not up to par. My husband ordered the Wagyu and asked for it medium rare, it was definitely medium well. My filet mignon was the same, medium well and I asked for medium rare. It was definitely a waste of money, my husband couldnât finish his meal. However, Nathan was our waiter and he was absolutely fabulous! Maybe next time itâll be better⦠if thereâs a next time.

Celebrating 13 yrs our Anniversary this was our second time going there for a celebration. It was just as amazing as the first time.
We went to celebrate my fatherâs 86th birthday, 6 guests total on a Wednesday evening. There were maybe 5 other tables occupied and there seemed to be plenty of staff. Our waiter was pleasant but the service we received was bad for an average restaurant, for this place, being a more upscale and expensive restaurant, the service was deplorable. We were seated quickly, we had a reservation. It took nearly 20 min to get drinks we ordered (and the waiter only highlight two cocktails whilst holding a cocktail menu he never let us touch or read), another 15-20 min to place our food order and an additional drink order for a glass of tea placed at the time our food order was taken was still not at the table 20 min later! My husband had to get up to get our waiterâs attention to bring it and to also fill the 5 empty water glasses on our table. We were informed they were out of salmon only after someone tried to order it. Then when the food finally came one of the 3 sides we ordered didnât come out, I asked about it 3 times while we continued to eat, shortly after my last bite of steak was gone he brought them, cheerfully exclaiming âfresh out of the ovenââ¦seriously? The manager knew it was bad, came to ask twice how everything was and that they were comping us the potatoesâ¦great since no one ate them after arriving more than 30 min after the steak! I bit my tongue and said all was well because I didnât want to upset my parents but I will not be going back, the bill was nearly $400, youâd think for that theyâd get every detail right! They did give my Dad a nice card and a birthday dessert but our water glasses were empty again before we could finish, guess we should have asked for a pitcher!
