The most disrespectful “barista” with the worst attitude because I said I didn’t want a straw. I’m not going to spend $10 on a cup of coffee to be treated like that. Yikes

I used to go to this Starbucks location all the time but I have been closer to other locations lately so haven't been able to. That being said I have been getting my Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso without ice for a while now from at least 4 other locations and this is the only one that has given it to me half full and said "the Manager said this is how we have to make it." I personally don't like ice, I get everything without ice even my water but I sure don't appreciate getting bilked out of my expensive drink. Probably not going back to this location now, such a disappointment.

I hate Starbucks. They still will not let you sit in the lobby. It is march 1st 2022. But they know best, Starbucks CDC. I will just avoid them and use Black Rock and other local coffee shops. So frustrating. You get all your stuff out of the car, excited to get a coffee and finish an estimate between appointments and of course they block you from a productive day, they are still the covid Nazis.
Great place! I love the workers and their quick service. Something is wrong with the app making it difficult to order ahead. I like Oatmilk and it frequently says they are out of Oatmilk, but when I drive through, they have it. Thankfully the drive thru usually goes quickly.
Ordered on ap before going to pick up. Others waiting, who took theirs and left. I kept waiting,watching,waiting,watching. I saw this grande cup sitting there on prep counter with lid the whole time. My daughter finally said" I wonder whose cup that is? Then barista grabbed it and said are you ______? I said yes! I waited 8 min while it sat getting cold! Plus cup was filled 3/4 of coffee! Wasnt happy.
