They were fast, but my drink wasn't the best. The inside was nice and the staff friendly.
I never liked Starbucks BUT! We accidentally got a dragonfruit lemonade and it change everything for now that's all I get when we get Starbucks every week. That the best drink in my opinion the staff is helpful even though I don't know what the lingo is ?. I shall learn the lingo
The baristas are always friendly and get my order right. I recently had to switch to non-dairy and sometimes forget, but they are always patient with me and that means a lot.
Made the mistake of taking the time to park and be an in-store customer. Never waited so long for a coffee which took 20 min even though the line was short. Food came then 10-12 min later the first drink followed several minutes later with the second drink. Mobile orders and drive-thru took precedence. I was told it’s the age of cell phones when I inquired as to why my order was taking so long. Never seen a store with as much staff as this one had and not be able to keep a good flow going. I wasn’t the only one waiting inside for an exceptionally long time. Can’t believe the demand is more than any other Starbucks around, but hopefully I’m wrong and this particular store is just way more popular than any of the other locations.
I stopped into the store this morning and ordered a lunch sandwich, turkey with pesto on ciabatta bread and asked that it be heated. I paid for the sandwich with my APP.As I was waiting for my sandwich, one of the workers came from behind the counter with a bag and stated “here’s your sandwich.” I thought was rather quick, but trusted her and didn’t look in the bag,When I arrived home and looked on the bag, I discovered it was not my sandwich.I am sooo disappointed because the lunch sandwich I ordered was over $7. I paid for it and received someone else’s sandwich and I’m sure my sandwich will be thrown away because no one will eat it.My name is Minnette and I came ok the store and ordered the sandwich at 6:58 am today, April 1, 2022.

Took my Beautiful daughter for her 22nd Birthday and the staff went above and beyond gave her a large drink and a cake pop and a special sticker just made her day more special. Thank you all
