I have been ordering the same drink for years. Today I tried this one and it was bad can't taste the espresso no Peppermint was added and I paid for double mocha and Peppermint. After the very this bad week all I wanted was my coffee and now it just tastes like milk and ice never again at this place.
I drove Slightly beyond the marquee to place my order and the line was backed up. I was unable to backup enough to place order. I Ordered at window and the young lady's comment to the one preparing my drink was sarcastic. I used my app and after she scanned I chose to tip anyway. I received my drink, drove off and it was bitter and unsweetened when it should've been sweetened. This isn't my usual location.
This store has no since of urgency when it come to customers. I left because I was tired of waiting for my order when 15 drinks were made and mine was not even started. There was no customers service or communication about why it was taking so long. Instead of asking what my order was and getting right on it. She offered to do a refund and sent me on my way. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back to this location. Management needs to retrain there staff on basic customer service.
I was having a super extra kind of day and the girl at the drive through was patient and kind. Drinks were on point! Thanks for being a bright spot today!
I come here like every other morning before work and the staff is always incredibly friendly at like 5:15am and always greet me by my first name it's a perfect start to my day! Drinks are always top notch, too. Definitely one of the better locations in Tucson. HI ALEC
Ordered "two iced latte, medium and small". got a grande hot latte and a tal hot latte.Had them to make the drinks again, the were awfull, tasted like water with milk and no coffee at all .10 dollar wasted for nothing. the music there is awfull loud. Starbucks there is really bad. McDonalds has better iced mocca for a cheaper price. wont see me again
Really great service here. Place is super busy so ordering ahead should be your go to. Wife says her drink was done well, hence the 5 stars.
Nice place, friendly, fast get my orders, I did order ahead and dining inside. I got my almond croissant ? warmed and I enjoyed very much together with pink drink, for me was delicious and fresh, and my drink I asked to change the regular milk by soy milk, and it was great. The capuccino was very good too. The baristas were friendly, the place was not crowded, tables clean. Nice music.
I usually have a great experience here but Marcelo made my daughter and I uncomfortable in the drive through. He kept calling us sweetie and when I told him what I wanted to order he saying “yeah you want it” which was not appropriate whatsoever, especially in front of my daughter. He also told me “yeah you love it” and it was hardly professional. Please refrain your employee not to make the customer uncomfortable. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. He also made our drinks wrong and we had to get them remade.
Our drinks were perfect. We had a not great night so when the cashier popped her head out she was very kind & upbeat which surprised us a bit but, we were not ready for it but it put a smile on our faces. Especially the kiddosThey only thing was all the twists & turns to get to it was crazy. I'm sure we took a few wrong detours.
