Dont know what happened, this place use to have great baristas and customer service. Now a certain barista treat certain customers differently while she gossips the entire time. Guess we can't ask for refills anymore without getting an attitude. Learn how to ask the question correctly the 1st time like they use to. Dont get mad I answered your question when you asked the wrong question to begin with.
I went to this location this afternoon before work. When I got in line there was a young woman at the counter: she didn’t say hello or anything she just asked me what I wanted. After giving her my drink order she said anything else with a sigh like I was inconveniencing her. The phone rang while she was helping me and she answered it completely disregarding me. Handed me 3 and some change didn’t say thank you or have a nice day. Nada. Then when she gave me my food order she shouted my name and my order threw my food on the counter and rushed over to help the next customer. My drink was amazing as usual but I don’t just go to Starbucks for the coffee but the experience. I was a partner at Starbucks for over 10 years so I know the expectation when it comes to giving legendary service. I was having a bad day so I thought some coffee would turn my day around but I just left more upset: I usually am not the type to complain but I took her treatment personally. I hope her day gets better…..

This place is always hopping with cyclists stopping in after a ride, people out shopping, etc. Your order is up quickly and the customer service is always super friendly.

Ordered a ham cheese croissant. After standing with other,, waiting 20 min mark by their own clock, i canceled order and left. Its a 1 min microwave deal. Wasting my time, ugh.
