I really don't know what it is about that place it always smells like dry old milk no matter when I go I can smell it through the drive through window I stopped going because of it but I had some friends that wanted to go so I gave it another chance and that smell is still there and the counters the employees are working on are always dirty it really needs a good cleaning. But the one on valencia is great or the Starbucks in Albertsons at river and LA Canada very clean.

I do not recommend this store they are never stocked accordingly to the people they provide service too. Most of the time are out of everything. Limited to some drinks. Very poor management.

No wifi; lobby closes unscheduled often; dirty; not operated by Starbucks standards at all!

Horrible horrible service!!!! It’s morning 03/18 and the lady at the drive thru was so rude and disrespectful. She argued about a certain flavor we asked for. She was so rude and condescending. I will NEVER go back to this location

The men and women who work to barista here are outstanding and they have a lot of patience considering.

It's impossible to park near this location. You usually have to park far away because it's SUPER crowded all the time! The inside is nice and relaxing despite the parking situation.

If you pay attention to the Starbucks around Tucson, it is like the same personality’s and customer service are in each establishment. This is by far the rudest, eye rolling group. A Barista should strive to meet the the customers expectations and well as The companies. I had again a bad experience and decided to write a review. I bought a tall hot latte and it felt light soI took los off and it was 3/4 full. She rolled her eyes and asked me too pull forward as they make another. The second drink was an exact repeat of the first. These drinks are not cheap and a well trained Barista will take time and consideration of what well served drink would look like for a customer. This place needs to retrain and get a good mixture of personal who take pride on representing this establishment.

I ordered from the app and was told to enter the store for pickup. When I got to the door, it was locked and there were four cashiers near the door. It was only noon. I knocked multiple times for clarification. They looked at me and ignored me. I called to try to figure out what was going on and they let it ring without answering. I was disappointed/surprised at the lack of help I received.

Horrible and belated service. I waited 27 minutes to get a venti pike and a venti decaf americano. I understand that they were busy but honestly I’ve seen busiest Starbucks stores than this one. Even the mobile orders weren’t ready when people arrived to pick them up.
