I always buy my drinks here at this location for years. Last thursday, I ordered a drink at the drive thru and i forgot to order one more so when we were at the window i ask her if she can make another drink on top of what i ordered. The atittude is what got me turned off. If they cant make it, it is fine. I could had told her an incorrect way or i wasnt clear of what i wanted. It would have been fine for her to correct me but she treated me like i was a little kid and keep saying "of what? of what?"( wanted me to clarify my order) and i did not appriciate that. Even my mom that was sitting in the passenger seat reacted with her atittude. She tried to suggest some drinks but i got disgusted by her reaction. So i just said its ok. I love starbucks and i hve been an avid customer since i was in highschool and im 35yrs old now. I had never been treated like that in every starbucks store up until last week. I am dissapointed. Im still going to buy my coffee but not in this location.
The service was good till the end when I was waiting for my loaf and the manager stopped the girl to talk to her about stuff around the store instead of waiting to pull her aside at another time. I usually don't mind I was just in a hurry
Double expresso people 3.21$ so expensive! Dutch bross 3 shots just 2 $ !! Pls don’t make this mistake is huge difference never Starbucks if you can save your money!!!!
The drive thru moves at a decent pace. Every now and then, they'll run out of some pretty important stuff: straws and mocha were the 2 most recent.
Normally a Starbucks regular, but the attitude and rudeness of the employee I encountered was unusual for Starbucks. Arrived at 350pm to the door and was repeatedly and rudely told they were closed any only open for drive thru. Sign on the door indicated open until 4 and our family walked up to the location based on that. Would not have been hard to simply let us in for 2 simple coffees. We live close and certainly will not be back.

They say the customers always right and in this case that was very true. I ordered a peppermint white chocolate crème frappe and they tried to give me what looked like a double chocolate chip frappe. Which is not even close to what I ordered. I had to sit there and argue with the girl in the drive through explaining that my drink has never been brown and she said it’s cause it’s has chocolate chips. I explained it’s white chocolate not regular chocolate chips. I even pulled up the ingredients on the Starbucks app in front of her. She still had the audacity to argue with me about how that is my drink. They remade the drink correctly but I never got an apology and she still tried to act like she was right but you could clearly see the difference between both drinks. The first drink was all brown with regular chocolate chips. The second drink was completely WHITE like I had explained to her at the beginning. The fact I had to even argue and she was never sorry and continued to act like she was right is annoying. In this case the customer was very right.
Went and got a Chestnut Praline and sadly the drink had very little flavor ? BUT called the store and Viviana was quick to have my drink remade and even a little upgrade to a venti even tho I originally got a grande all in all happy in the end! Super nice staff as well who made sure I had extra toppings ? thank you I never have a bad experience going here!!
Very slow....forgotten our drinks took too long when it was not busy... Very suspicious crew of favoring customers not very good customer service for the time it took
