They renovated and took out all dining in options. It's the desert and it's hot so having a cool place to sit and enjoy whatever you order would be nice. They have outdoor seating without any misters to keep it cool. Parking has always been terrible here and that hasn't changed. When they took out their dining room maybe they should've added to the parking lot.
Very friendly crew. It was very busy but they still made me feel welcomed and amazed me when all front workers said goodbye and to have a nice day. I had just drove 2 hrs to get to Tucson that morning on business so that made my day.
They got my entire order messed up. Ordered 2 double smoked bacon sandwiches and they gave me 2 gouda bacon sandwiches. Ordered a venti drink, they gave me a grande. They remade the drink and it was way too bitter. They remade it again, way too sweet. Like it was nothing but creamer. They offered to remake it again but at that point I didn't want them spitting in my drink and it still be wrong. They even added the wrong "shots" to my other drink. It's like they don't train the them properly on the drinks and don't pay attention to the drive thru mic. You guys are much more capable than this, c'mon.
Its Starbucks so coffee is on point every day. Baristas get to know your drinks, for those who get the same drink every day. Which I do! Very fast!
Probably the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Drinks are not made to the standards you’d expect. Maybe that is why the line is shorter here.
Dylan &” Julia gave us the best Starbucks experience ever !&” was super sweet ,especially before a long work trip too San Francisco they made sure too even give me a tall cup of iced water for the drive I thought it was super considerate of them they had Amazing people skills thank you both very much hopefully management notices your awesome work ethic ??
Service is great but location and parking is a nightmare. Unfortunately due to the parking lot design and traffic in the area this location is bad. You risk an accident everytime you pull in because there are too many car crammed into a small parking lot forced to go in different directions so you have to constantly watch in all directions.
Haven't had a pumpkin spice so far this season. Couldn't believe prices had gone up the much: over $12 for 2 drinks. Wow!
Love my local neighborhood Starbucks. Friendly people, drive through available, and great drinks! The only downside is lack of parking with Bank of America monopolizing the neighboring parking lot, and the drive through line taking up a significant amount of space in the small parking lot. Obviously this isn’t their fault though, so still 5 stars.
Starbucks is the worst coffee in town. They have the worst service With a product to match it. The coffee tasted burned and watered down.. Dutch bros is much better in everyway.
