Loved going to this one but recently they keep making up their own hours but the app still allows you to order, today I placed an order and got there to find out they won't open for 30mins and I can't get a refund or my drink till after that. The manager was plan rude about it as she gave me alot of attitude when I asked if it was possible to get a refund and she just looked and said "I'll help you in 30 mins wait or don't wait, I won't do anything until then"
This used to be a decent starbucks, now your better off going down to circle k. This place is slow, even for basic orders. The staff seems nice which is why I gave them a 2 star instead of 1 star. Its just not feasible anymore to go here if you're on a schedule. I'll find somewhere else on the way and I recommend that other people do too until they can get it together..
Starbuck has terrible coffee considering that's supposed to be what they are all about. Nevermind the bad coffee the prices are horrifying for bad coffee.
I recently tried the new shaken espresso drink with vanilla and it was soo delicious and gave me the boost of energy I was looking for
Have gone here several times and not a single time was it fast or convenient. Half the time the drive thru was closed or the store was closed. Which I can understand that online can have the hours wrong but not that often. My coffee has been cold and tasted old. It is just not worth it for me to drive here even though I love almost right next to it. I would just drive to a further location or better coffee shop.
Ordered 4 medium hot chocolates.As they are always steeming hot, i asked her to put some ice in them to cool them enough so they were drinkable.Way too much ice. About room temp.
Stopped in for a brown sugar latte a couple days ago..the drive through was closed, so I went inside. The two girls at the counter were so busy chatting amongst themselves they didn’t even greet me or notice me come in..I made my order and they continued chatting about their personal lives while making my drink. To my dismay after I drove off and took my first drink- they never added the brown sugar flavoring to my drink! Work first, socialization second! Felt like a waste of my money.
we work at a medical facility down the street and a coworker brought food that stunk rotten cheese and made her mouth numb we will not be using this dump again......gross and unpleasant
co worker brought rotten food to work as staff knowingly gave out expired food will not recommend Starbucks very unprofessional
It's nice to go to a Starbucks that honors someone's wishes to use almond milk or a substitute due to dietary needs. I've been to a few that just didn't care and I know within about 20 minutes if they were like screw it. But since moving to Tucson I've been here a few times and they always use the milk alternative that I ask for.
