Not very good location anymore. Came back for another try. Multiple questions at drive in order stop. Delayed service. Cold cheeseburger. Just not together there. Used to be great. Sorry, but time to move on
Worst experience Ever! Zero stars! 1) It took over 15 - 20 minutes to receive my order of 1(One) chili cheese dog, tater tots and a drink. I figured that that it took so long because they were cooking it fresh. WRONG! My tots were warm and my chili cheese dog? The hot dog was so OVER COOKED IT WAS A BEEF STICK!!
You get two kinds of service here; 5 star, everything was made in a time efficient manner, the customer service was expectable to excellent, and most importantly - the meal was delicious and prepared correctly (the reason we continue to go back despite:,) the second kind of service: -5 (that's right, negative five!,) Where the one shake and burger we ordered somehow have the people in the drive-thru, behind us, who ordered AFTER US, getting their 3 to 4 bags of food walked out and delivered to them so they can then turn out of the line and drive away. When we do finally get our food, it'll have been double or even triple the wait of others, it's almost ALWAYS wrong, and the employee is beyond rude. We will ask to speak to a manager who, aware of the ordeal obviously because it's AN ORDEAL, before we've the chance to even say anything or complain, is offering to fix the mistake and comp our meal. Half the time, the manager is also apologizing for the employees! We've been offered a comp meal 4 separate times and have accepted however, we never received the compensation or anything.
Ordered a chicken strip kids meal. Got home to cut it up for my child and good thing I did, because it was RAW! Not just one tender, but BOTH! Completely astonished how this is even possible. Food safety 101 is not being practiced at Sonic apparently. Letting the health department know about this one!
This has to be the worst Sonic ever, I keep hoping they will improve. I was there on Friday I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito must have taken them like 15 minutes and there wasn't anybody in front of me. I get my food go home and they burnt the egg and the rest of the ingredients in my super Sonic breakfast burrito they failed to put tater tots in it it was just a burnt greasy mess! The satisfaction survey does not work. I have tried multiple ways to contact by email. I imagine the manager must be some young teenager that really doesn't care!Calling the manager will not help!I'm not looking for a free drink I'm looking for my order to be completed as it should be the Sonic on pantano always has good service we just happen to go to this one which I will not do again
Bummer I really want to like this sonic but every time the fam and I go there it’s such a bummer long wait even when there is no lines they always mess up our orders. We literally tried one more time today were really clear on the order it took way longer then it should have then when we got the order each burger was incorrect they even labeled it right and still got it wrong it just super inconvenience and sorry to say will not be going back.m anymore. To many failed attempts.
shockingly affordable for the amount of food.I had the double bacon cheeseburger. AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT! the bacon was crispy the cheese was melted just right and the tomatoes were just the right amount of crisp. they didn't put to much sauces on it (you know that frustration that happens when a burger falls apart in you hands cause everything is sliding in a soup between buns).also the place was packed but the staff had great turn over in the few minutes I was there (late at night mind you (over 50% full and drive through was packed)) they had served every one. so great food a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. good portions (maybe to much ice?). friendly staff. I will be back.sorry no photos... I was super hungry but the meal was very well put together. I think it was the #3? double bacon burger.
I very much like the "drive-thru" experience. There isn't a rush to order. There's a younger crowd hanging around just living the good life, kinda 1900s esque. There will be longer than your average fast food wait time so don't come expecting "fast" food. Food was made to order. Cherry limeade 100% worth ordering every visit. They did struggle to place my order on the right screen, but I'm okay with this. Very accommodating staff. Good food you won't get at other chains.
When an order comes out wrong, it’s completely normal for any restaurant or fast food to correct the order. These people played dumb and told us we would have to put in a new order and pay again to receive the correct order. Don’t take advantage of good consumers with bad customer service.
Asked for a large drink with my meal, they gave me a medium, and was given a large tots instead. Asked for no sauce and they doubled the mayonnaise. Interesting experience. Haha. ??♀️
