Our order was incomplete, told them what was missing, waited for another 20 minutes and never completed our order. Worker was on her cellphone while talking to me, very rude server.
This sonic has extremely long wait lines, when you finally get your food it's either wrong or missing items! I've ordered onion rings on 4 different occasions and have been told they were out...? Needless to say I won't be back.
Parked and had dinner on 04/23/22, first time in many years! The ordering was painless, and the food was average. I'm not a big fan of eating in the car but they also have a drive thru and tables if you don't park and eat. The chicken strip basket use to come with gravy and mine came with zero dipping sauces. Prices are a bit high but I will be back again to try a burger or Coney dog next time.
I always get good food and friendly service from this sonic.If you think this one is bad don't go to the Sonic at Broadway & Harrison. It is absolutely horrible 30 minute waiting in drive through when you're the only one there they burn your food they do opposite of whatever you ask. Obviously they don't want to work, just hangout and collect a pay check.
Would rate them zero stars if I could Placed my order online for a specific time to pickup and drove up and parked in a space and entered my stall number. After 15 minutes I pushed the button and someone came on and told me that I had to move to a different stall because it was not working. Went thru drive-thru to pick up my order. Girl was not friendly. Said that side of the drive all stalls not working. I suggested they put up a sign stating they were not working and was told the manager would not let them. To say the least we had a cold dinner by the time we received our food. There was one girl that was delivering food that even seen us parked in the stall. How hard would it be for them to go out and tell people. They knew exactly what stall I was in for picking it food. The girl told me oh you were in stall 23. No reason for it just pure laziness. For sure no customer service.
It was ok. They ran out of buns and when I ordered my burger that's when they told me. I had already ordered other items, nothing with a bun..I would not have ordered had I known ahead of time. But I drove over 10 mins, which seems like a short time but not for food. Wish the app or website mentioned they were out of buns before I made the trip there. My sweet tea was not sweet. Not sure if that's their idea of sweet or if I got the wrong drink. My shake was good. My child did not eat their food. The onions in the onion rings were not cooked, they were like raw onions. It's been a long time since we had Sonic, and it was disappointing
Absolutely the worst sonic in townOrdered a chili cheese dog and tots… but it came with fries so they attempted to fix the problem …. A whole 30 mins later I received tots, but by then the baby was crying In the back, and everything else was cold needles to say appetite gone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
The manager was such a sweetheart. Their systems were down and they were swamped with people. But they stayed friendly and did their best. The food came quickly and was great. 20/10 for service.
Horrible service never going back girl was super rude telling us we cant use there restroom or there boss would fire them! treated us like crackheads horrible service ever single girl there had attitude and kept acting like they didn't wanna be there should be more professional and kind to there customers
Service is ALWAYS terrible at this location on the girls bringing thr orders out have no customer service sense no smiles no yes no please thank you. Go to the other location around the street. Way better. Last visit was 04/09/22
