This place is terrible. Half of the order screens work, and the credit card reader did not work at the screen I did find. They had to take my card inside to charge it, opening all kinds of opportunity for theft of the info on the card by employees. This place just goes downhill. I don’t know why you would bother to run a business this way.

Did an online order and had to wait 30 minutes to the point where we had to tell someone and get told “oh sorry we had skipped your guys order” hands us our ice cream all melted and didn’t even make one of them right

I placed an order today and got a Route 44 Iced Tea and there is dark brown SLIME in my drink and inside the ice ?? I called and they wanted to replace the food and drinks. Hell no! I am not eating here again! I just wanted my money back but I threw the receipt out with my trash from my car before coming to work. They won’t give me a refund. Disgusting. That big of a slime means they do not clean their machines very well. I got the Red Bull slush with the other meal as well ? I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Never ever again.

Literally sat in the drive thru for half an hour for an online order. Inside the store there's so much clutter and disorganized management that it was not too surprising that nothing moves efficiently. Won't be returning, there are too many other places nearby to get good food.

I've forgot about this place. Ordered a large chocolate shake. The time it took to receive was quick and staff were great. Perfect

Me and my 93 year old girlfriend vist this place. It's decent food but since Barbara likes it we will continue to patronize at least until the cholesterol and animal fat takes her or me out.

I think it was the manager who helped me I wish I knew her name. I ordered a number 9 and it was kind size so i came and asked If I could get a number 10 instead. She said normally we don't do that but I will help you fee of charge. Came out within seconds with my.nymber 10 and wouldn't take my tio. She was so nice.

Food was good. She came out n apologized for taking so long. In my opinion it was not long at all. It was just mother nature, windy!!I am pushing dine in, which means we sat outside.

Last night, on May 16th, I had just finished up a long day at work and stopped in through the drive-thru for A well earned dinner. I haven’t had sonic in a long time and was looking forward to it. The girl handling the drive-through speaker had such a terrible attitude! I was pretty shocked at the vulgarness and street language in which she communicates with would be customers. She spoke to me like she was in some back alley talking to other losers. I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t want any part of that kind of crude behavior. I decided to take my business elsewhere and went down the street to Dairy Queen. I was pleasantly surprised by their welcoming demeanor. I’m gonna start going to Dairy Quee for now on when I want to get treated like a valuable customer and not some street trash!

It can't be that hard to put the condiments on the side as I asked so that my sandwich does not get all soggy before I get home had to ask twice for my drink it's just half the reason why I stopped coming too fast food restaurants I can make my food right myself
