A girl named Alyssa is very inappropriate to me. I order a pretty big meal for my family and she said “ dang this girl” cause she thought her mic was muted and I said excuse me?? Then she was like sorry one second. Then she left and came back and said “ I’m so sorry we’re training her” but it was the same person then I said sure and left in a hurry. Someone needs to do something about her. That behavior is very inappropriate. But there was a car hopper girl who was on it! She was so helpful and kind. And the person who makes burgers need a promotion!
This place desperately needs a better drive-thru mic & speaker. Or someone that can speak up. They tried to read back my order and I had to say “yeah… I guess?”The food def makes up for it.
This would have been a 1 star review but at least they weren't rude about fixing the mistakes. First the burger comes out with nothing but mustard, no other condiments, paid for large fries but got medium and made the huge mistake of not looking inside my breakfast burrito before coming home...it was missing the eggs. The eggs!! Literally got 6 tater tots, a squirt of cheese and a hunk of bacon in a tortilla. This is either a lack of training or a group of people that has next level zero Fs to give

Always great service and food. Piping hot as always and delicious. Only downside is half of their stalls are out of order and you kinda have to drive by them until you find one that works, then back up a bit to pull in because in order to see if the screen works during the day, you have to pull up a LITTLE too far. Little annoying but besides that, love it and highly recommend.
Didn't have our order from the application ready when we got there even though it said it was. We only ordered a drink so once she came out it was quick.
Love the place, workers are nice and respectful. The food is always served hot and very delicious.
The junior burrito with the chili and fritos has really decreased in size. It had almost nothing in it. My regular coney dog was great!
Good ole Sonic. It’s like going back to your ex. You know it’s never going to work out.Here is my experience for this Sonic. I pulled up with family in cargo to the menu screen to eat in a parking spot. I pressed the button to only be told that I needed to go through the Drive through. I was like okay. I’m backing out, and so is half the people that already pulled up to be directed into the drive through. 25 minutes later I get to the order screen. I’m told please hold. 5 minutes go by. Then I am asked to order. Then to be told that the slush machine is broken. I’m shook by this and have to figure out substitutes for drinks with the food. Please don’t visit this Sonic unless you have too much time to waste. Food is comfort food, so was good. Service was not as good.
It was good food but on a Friday night they were out of a couple of things. Onion rings, marinara sauce, and sodas. They gave me large shake instead. There's a lot of food on the menu for a tiny building ?
