Pretty solid smoothies.
3 day in a row that smoothies have arrived missing key ingredients! Placed a call to this store...and was advised to return the drink for a replacement. Fingers crossed a menu can be followed.?Too muchhassle too little care for customer's experience. Juice King here Icome..
Disappointed. Wanted a smoothie after a workout. They have their sign that says open on and they shouldn’t be closed yet but they “are”. There were kids sitting in the drive thru with new smoothies and hanging out on the outside. But they wouldn’t serve us. Sad
I went there at 8:45 tonight and was given the wrong smoothie, for the second day in a row. I turned around to get it remade and the lights were off and door was locked. It took maybe 3 minutes for me to turn around and was not even yet 9:00. When I called the kid that answered the phone told me they would not remake the smoothie they made wrong 5 minutes ago because everything was clean and put away. I would have to come back the next day. Completely unacceptable since they made the mistake AND closed early. Does this place even have management?
Thank you all for helping me maintain my weight & for always being so nice & friendly. Also, thank you to the ones who remember who I am & actually ask about my epilepsy. Really appreciate that although I am sometimes inconsistent in going in you all are as kind as you are! Have been to a bunch of Smoothie Kings but this one is BY FAR my favorite! None of the others make the Peanut Power Plus like y'all do! ???
They really need to work on their customer service skills. I was just there tonight, and they couldn't have been more rude! I asked for the manager and the guy said he was the manager! Well if that's the case they have a lot of work to do! He wouldn't be bothered to explain anything about the drinks or the add in's for them..and was very short and rude. I went to pay and he said they couldn't take my $50. So I said I would go next door to get change, and be right back. Instead of saying oh, I apologize or thank you or sorry about that. He said absolutely nothing! I have never felt like I was just throwing my money away before because of how badly I was treated as a customer ordering services from a company!! I really had to think to myself multiple times if I should even go back to get my smoothie after I had gotten my change. He couldn't even be bothered to say thank you, or have a good night! The sad part is that people who act like that see nothing wrong with their behavior whatsoever. Just plain rude! I guess that's what they get paid for. ?
Always great customer service.and always friendly. Strawberry kiwi breeze with fro yo added is one of the best smoothies I've had. Will be back.

Great smoothies but customer service is better!! There have been many late nights at work and I just want a smoothie and show up 15 minutes before they close but they always greet me with a smile and help me. The young blonde man, who I believe is manger, always is so nice!
You can't go away hungry from a smoothie king! Thank you.
