The smoothies were awesome and so was our server Bailey

It is nice having a smoothie option in this area. Friendly staff each time I have gone. The first time the staff was very knowledgeable the second time the staff did not know much. Clean store and easily accessible— even a drive thru. Most of the ingredients are powdered or from a container (not fresh chopped). I do like the protein powder to take home.

Absolutely love Smoothie King and have enjoyed everything I've tried there! However...I am giving the low rating for the worst customer service I've experienced. This has happened a few times at the SilverBell location. Other locations in Tucson have been great. We placed an order for 10 online thinking it would be easiest for them. When entering the store neither of the employees said anything to us (myself or my sister). They continued to work as we awkwardly waited patiently for someone to say something. After 10 minutes the employees put the final drink in a carrier and without making eye contact asked if this was our order. I said yes and started to grab the first carrier and she turned around and walked away without saying anything. Made me want to take back our 20% tip on a 100$ order. So rude!! What if it wasn't ours you would just let your customers sit there in silence? This wasn't the first time the staff acted this way. If you're going to be upset over having to do your job than find a different one.

Victoria was exceptionally rude. When asked at the window if they could make me another smoothie because they can't do a kids size for some strange reason (I decided I would buy the one more and split it between my kids myself because they couldn't figure out how to do that), they looked at me like I was crazy and Victoria said, "but you didn't order another one..." I responded with, "ya I know, I gave him my card to pay for another one" motioning to the card I just handed Jacobi. They continued to stare at me like I was nuts for a few seconds before Victoria was like "whatever." I said "it's really not that confusing" to which she started blowing her top and said "I'm not going to take that kind of attitude". Ok, what attitude? 1. Figuring out how to put a smoothie into a kids cup is not confusing. 2. Figuring out how to make another order is not confusing. I know it's frustrating for a customer to add on at the window - I've worked fast food before, but is it worth that amount of attitude towards the customer? Heck no it's not. If I blew my top like that at a customer when I was working fast food I'd have been fired on the spot. At this point she told me to pull up to wait because their time had been running over because THEY were being slow. I told her, "no I think I'll stay right here thanks." At this point she told me I am no longer welcome at Smoothie King stores and threatened me saying that "she knew my name! She ran my card, so she knows my name!" I didn't say it, but maaaan I'm so scared guys she knows my name. Guess what Victoria.... I know yours too. I will not be coming back to Smoothie King. Not because she told me I was never allowed again, but because I don't support businesses that first of all take FOREVER to get their product out, but then also treat a paying customer this way. It was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and unacceptable. Not to mention they can't make a kids smoothie because apparently the recipe is printed on their receipt?? They have 2 kids smoothie options with sugar in them for kids & 2 more they were willing to make into a kids smoothie. Their menu is huge but for kids they only have sugar options?? I don't understand why it's so hard to pour a bit of a good smoothie into a kids cup...?

My husband and daughter went to pick us up $5 smoothies today on Friday to find out they no longer have $5 Fridays. My daughter decided to order a different drink than usual and tried a mango smoothie, and it was horrible. She brought it home and I even tasted it and it was not drinkable. I asked them to go back and Exchange it for something that she would drink so they did and were told there are no Exchanges. She rang up the new drink and charged two extra dollars for sugar. My husband just left the mango drink on the counter and left. I called and spoke with Kaylee the assistant manager who had helped him and I asked for The franchise owner's name. she did not know it and said she'd never met them and did not want to give me her bosses name. She had such a bad attitude! What happened to good old customer service?? We won't go back!!

absolutely love the angel food! it is flavored strawberry and banana

My husband and I , both Veterans, went in today to receive our complimentary Smoothies for Veterans Day. Thank you! The employee who helped us was wonderful. Explained how they do things, answered our questions. She was very welcoming. The variety of what they had was incredible. Our Smoothies were so good! And you get what they say they put in it , no mystery additives. Prices were reasonable. Place was spotless. We were very impressed. We intend to become regular customers. This business is a very nice addition to our neighborhood.

Great value and amazing customer service tastes amazing and good for you

THEY CLOSE EARLY! Google says this smoothie king location closes at 9pm. I got to the menu and someone answered us and told us to wait. After 8 min I asked "hello is anybody there?" Assuming that nobody is listening, I just drove past the window and the store was noticeably closed. Either Google has the hours wrong or they closed 30min early.

For someone who visits this location multiple times per week, today I was extremely disappointed. I pulled into drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me; with no knowledge of how long those vehicles had been waiting before I got to the window. Now after waiting 15 minutes, and still no movement, the first car sped off, noticeably ticked off... the vehicle in front of me paid, got her smoothie right away and pulled away. Now when I got to the window, I paid and waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes, for anyone to come back to the window! No apology for the wait, nothing. By this time there were multiple cars waiting behind me, all noticeably annoyed. I could see one employee just walking in the back. After a long wait, the employee finally came to the window and handed me my smoothies and I proceeded to ask why it was taking so long. He said because “there were so many cars in the drive thru”I have never in my possibly hundreds of times coming here, waited for more than 5 minutes for a smoothie. Today I was more than disappointed in the employees. 35 minutes for 2 smoothies??? Ridiculous! Writing this review in absolute annoyance not only for myself but for all the other customers who were obviously just as annoyed as I was.
