Delicious! First time, not the last! Go!
It's certainly not much to look at from the outside. The inside isn't fancy, either. But, the food is very good. My wife had the brisket which was very flavorful and moist. The highlight, I think, was the pulled pork. Some of the best I've had!
Friendly restaurant with good food. The food is a little pricey but packed full of flavor. They make everything from scratch. It was a small restaurant so if you dont want to eat outside, get there early. Portions are well served. I got the brisket sandwich and my husband the catfish

This is our go to BBQ place in Tucson. Big variety of food choices to select from as well as daily specials all at a great price. Indoor and outdoor seating (covered so plenty of shade). Highly recommend!
Absolutely 10/10 service and food quality. The smoked brisket and pulled pork is delicious and melts right in your mouth. Loved the seasoned fried okra and potato salad! I’ll be coming back very soon.
Outstanding food!!! Large portions and the brisket was to die for. My son inhaled his ribs and said they were the best he had ever had. Without doubt we will be eating here again.
Unbelievable great BBQ. KC style that brings back memories. The sauce is authentic. Also what a value. 4 meat plate with 4 sides and 2 drinks for $30. Small seating area but along with the great food is great friendly service. If your looking for the best of KC BBQ do not pass by this establishment.
I wanted to love this place. Locally owned, etc. But the cashier wasn’t friendly or pleasant. The food was mediocre at best. The okra was way too salty and the flavor of the meats (we got four types) was just so-so. We ended up throwing the leftovers away. I hope they improve and would gladly go back if I heard they did.
Awesome BBQ as advertised! Super friendly and inviting that sets the tone. I had the BBQ Pulled Pork with Slaw and SP pie, all served large with great taste, wonderful bun on the sandwich and perfect tasty slaw. The pie was perfect and crust just right. The sweetened tea was fresh and a great compliment to the big meal. Five stars! I lived south of the Mason Dixon border and I am a Gator, I know great BBQ ! See my pix.
