A great hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and very well appointed.Location is great in the middle of town.We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool.We will return to this hotel for another weekend getaway.
I did a little staycation for 4th of July and was quite pleased. I hadn't been since last year, and they have made SO many improvements. Rooms were extremely clean, brand new wallpaper, fresh paint, super clean carpets. I had a great room with a view of the mountains and could see the fireworks! As always, Pierre, the General Mgr was so pleasant and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're in Tucson. It's close to EVERYTHING!
Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!I loved our room and the restaurant "The Glowbal". We ordered various things and loved it all. I wish the pool was open later but we enjoyed it and the jacuzzi aka whirlpool, as they label it.
This is a hotel that still is using COVID as an excuse not to provide good service. Their Club Lounge is closed because of COVID, you have to ask them to clean your room, and when I asked for a microwave to be put in my suite, housekeeping arrived, knocked on my door, and literally handed me the microwave for me to plane on my own. Reason…. COVID! The rooms are fine, the bed comfortable. They use the community amenities, meaning they have those big jars of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner on the all of the shower. They have an excellent pool and a very good gym. As a Marriott member my rate was inclusive of a free breakfast, and I was given a choice of one drink (brewed coffee only), one muffin (bread product), one fruit and one yogurt. Everything about this hotel exemplifies “cheap.” Not what I expected from a full service Sheraton.
Rooms are nice but attendants are rude
Uncomfortable beds, sweat-stained sheets and pillows, inadequate sheets, takes a full 5 minutes of running the water before it's up to temp, the gal at the front desk was rude AF, the hallways were dirty, and the cleaning staff wasn't following instructions. Here's the bottom line: there are better places to stay. It's ultimately not worth getting the Bonvoy points to book here. You'll enjoy your stay elsewhere.
Larva bugs on both beds. Informed front desk. No spraying, returned to room and another bug was found. No covers on beds. Front desk gave us 2 options leave and not be charged for reservation or move to another room. Moved to another, but we weren't informed about having to request room to be cleaned. Requested 2xs for room to be cleaned from front desk. Room was not cleaned and garbage cans were full. We had to take garbage cans to front desk. Poor customer service.
Very disappointed with the quality of the room. The lobby looks like a typical Courtyard. But the room looked like it belonged at a motel 6. We booked a king bed. We were given a room with two full sized beds that smelled of smoke.The desk clerk was very apologetic and transferred us to another hotel in the area.
Not a great experience. Do not recommend. Short staffed! Had to “schedule” housekeeping and they still never came. Asked for Kleenex 3 days in a row (never got it). No towels at the pool. Hot tub has stuff floating in it.The upcharged/included breakfast was pre-made & very limited. Not worth the price. Do not stay here until they have had some time to fix their shortcomings. Did not feel like a Sheraton. MUCH better hotels nearby for the same price.
What a lovely surprise. I reserved a room at the Tucson Sheraton and was delighted from the moment we entered the lobby. Very pleasant staff, very helpful and very anxious to answer any questions. The room was amazing easy to get to while remaining secure. Very pleased.
