Ok the food was good thats why I went. The cost is reasonable. My biggest complaint is service and sanitation. We stood out front for several minutes before somebody came out to take our order. While I was eating my meal a young lady was cleaning tables wiping them down. She dropped her rag on the floor after one table causually picked it up off the Floor then proceeded to wip down the next table. OMG this is disgusting to watch. I wish I could have finished my meal. I wish I had never witnessed this deplorable behavior. But that is not in the cards for me. I am now forever afraid to visit this place again.

It's everything I remembered! These locations have disappeared where I live. Decided to stop here during a road trip for old time's sake. I enjoyed the classic original sandwich. Very tasty!Location is on a busy street with decent parking. This establishment was clean and appeared to be staffed well.
Food is great . ....but.. the service (at the drive thru) needs refining. They forget the napkins forks ext... They forget the little things. By the time you open your brown bag. Your on your way. & It's to late.
I love this place only because it has REAL CINNABON inside baked fresh daily! The staff is nice and the CINNABON is absolutely fantastic! The sandwiches are a little pricey but are pretty good. Try the avocado turkey, you won't be disappointed!

The employees are always nice....great customer service. I came in to have a sandwich around 6:45p.and I didn't realize they closed at 7pm. They they never made me feel rushed. They made a mistake on the sandwich I ordered and quickly remade it with no attitude. Only wish they had one in Vail, Arizona!!!
Haven't been to a Schlotzsky's in ages. Their bread and cheese are amazing. The texture of the meat was weird. And the bacon....it was rice paper thin so it was like I didn't even have any bacon. I was halfway disappointed...
