Usually feel like I'm being targeted or watched while checking out by certain employees at self scan. I always wonder what it'll be next time... "Did you put the right code in for this tomato?" "Don't use that register, " (then the next guy can and I can't get cash back now)Never feel good coming here cuz it's always something I'm doing wrong. The discomfort of knowing you're being hawked down..timed... Here they come counting my produce cuz he's probably stealing right Safeway? 1 star for sure.Rather go to a store that treats me like a normal person.

Safeway is awesome. Especially that one and must of the ones in California. They are clean have excellent deals. If you have the Safeway app you can scan the bar code and see what is on sale. It will automatically give you the sale price. I bought a half a gallon of milk for a quarter!!! They also offer free items and gas savings every month. And the Friday deli deals are amazing to. Best, cleanest place to shop. People think Safeway is expensive, but it actually has better deals with the Safeway app. Also they give you $5.00 off your order.
This is the best Safeway /Grocery store I have ever shipped. Definately the people make the place, but it always has what I am looking for and it also carries the type of items that I want and don't know that I want! From the Management to the cart round-up this store has it all. The Pharmacy in back is even like family! Bravo for having a store that loves its peeps and the peeps love the community! They should be rewarded!
