A little slow getting food but because business is soo good ?. They kindly kept filling the water and hot tea.
Great mom’n pop sushi place. The sushi is great and the prices are very reasonable
Delicious food. The atmosphere is engaging and spirited. Service is good. The fried oysters are the real hit, though. Try them while you can get them!
Waitstaff greeted and sat me quickly. Chiefs appeared to be good at their craft. But now the bad. Restaurant is run down and dirty. They reuse paper menus that have food stains from the prior customers. Specials are had written on paper and taped everywhere with old prices crossed out and new prices written in. Sushi came out at almost room temperature - good for sushi.
Pretty good place if you want sushi. Their prices are a little much for sashimi, but you get a decent amount and the size of the sashimi is good. I ended up ordering more nigiri.. The ankimo texture was a little weird, but it was a special at the time too. Ikura great as always, but MP$.Lunch special wasn’t bad, but you get 4pc of 2 types of fish with the sashimi and teriyaki combos.Servers are pretty friendly but they don’t smile much. You have to ask to take your order.I love the fact it is right next to Trader Joe’s.

The service at Sachiko is delivered by serious Japanese people. The cash register is run by grey-streaked matriarch. The kitchen is a powerful food production machine, and the sushi bar an oasis of deliciousness. Just eat, pay and appreciate. There is nothing to criticize here.
The food is so yummy yummy! The customer service is very friendly. This is a very fast paced restaurant; do not expect to be “wined and dined”. You basically seat yourself & someone will come over. You might even have to get a waiters attention before being seen lol. That doesn’t bother me though because they’re so quick to assist you! I love the spirit in this place too; light, calm & peaceful.
Went to buy gift card and older woman was very rude when I told her what I wanted. Then when I made a comment to second woman about rudeness, she just smiled, No acknowledgement or apology for behavior, which she also witnessed. Won’t be coming here again.
