The website said it would take about 45 minutes and it was here in about 30 minutes. So that was great! I ordered a pizza and pasta. Both were hot and perfect to what I had ordered. Again great! The taste was impeccable! I will never order from pizza hut or domino's again. The price is a little higher but definitely worth it! Delivery guy was awesome too. He took the time for me to get my dogs inside and get my order. I love the service and the food . Thank you so much! Delicious! Thanks for the leftovers! ?
Stay far away from this place if you want them to delivery to you because they will run your card and call you back to say it’s to far for then to Deliver to you Meanwhile it will take up to 3 to 4 business days to to refund your money back. If you staying at a hotel they don’t even give you plates or a fork to eat your salad with. When you tell them about it They respond with we usually don’t get plates or forks out unless you asked for it why should I ask for it when they know I’m staying at a hotel Out of courtesy they should bring them. I do like the pizza but don’t like the Drama out of it. Would definitely go somewhere else next time stay away from his business.
I had a ordered a pizza last week. I package up and freeze the leftovers and pull out to heat up on busy days. I noticed an issue with some of the packaged up pieces, and stopped in today to share with the manager on duty ( I forgot to get his name). I did not yell or even ask for anything, I wanted him to know. what had happened; you can't fix what you are not aware of. He immediately wanted to make a replacement pizza. I was running errands and he said he would wait and start it in an hour and to stop back and pick it up when I was finished.So, the moral of the story is...things happen, it is inevitable; but how a person/business handles/corrects the problem says everything you need to know. So thank you for taking care of my issue so professionally.Laura H.
Nice bar/restaurant, great pizza. I had Rosati's pizza every Friday night from the Rowling Rd location in Elk Grove Village IL. I was so happy to see it here in Tucson, just wish there was a location closer to Sahuarita, it was quite a drive but worth it every now & then.
First time going to Rosatis I ordered the italian beef sandwich with cheese (the cheef) and there was no cheese on the sandwich. Then I want my $1 upcharge back.
We went to have dinner, and as we went in we noticed it was a busy night. We have been there on other busy nights with no problems till tonight. We were taken to our table we sat there for a while the waitress was walking around getting all the tables around us and she seemed to be ignoring us, We finally got our drinks ordered. It took the waitress a while to bring the drinks. We asked her for our appetizer order she didn't write anything down and before we could say anything else she left. We got our appetizers from a different waitress, we has to ask for another set of cutlery and plate. We finished the appetizers and we had to flag the waitress to put in our order and get refills. Her attitude was so disturbing and uncomfortable the food was great but the service was the worst service we have ever had. The waitress was the green hair full arm tattoos. Her attitude with the other tables was laughter and smilesthat was not the attitude we got from her. She is not giving a good experience to others with her bad service.
don’t order anything if it’s not pizza… i’ve tried their salad, pasta, sandwich’s, wings and 9/10 times the chicken isn’t fully cooked or it’s frozen on the inside. OH EVEN THEIR CELERY WAS ROTTEN multiple times…I order online for a large group monthly and they constantly ignore my “special requests” so my coworkers have to throw away food due to allergies.im just so disappointed.
Server did an amazing job of taking care of my birthday outing. Ordered 3 pizzas, wings and drinks all around and Corianna did an awesome job of keeping our orders organized and brought us our drinks as soon as they were ready.
We like the dough nuggets and the thin crust pizza. Chicken wings are decent too. Less busy and than Oro valley location.
