La señora muy desagradable. I asked for a smoothie and she told me she couldn't make it with coconut or with nuez because her blender was going to break, the cups she has showing the sizes of smoothies are wrong i aaked for large and got a different clear cup that was a lot smaller, so i felt i was paying more for less, and the food is tasteless, this has never happen to me anywhere else don't come here your better off going some other raspados place..

The lady by the name of Mary is extremely nice and very helpful with the understanding the menu. Her smile is contagious and beautiful personality. Very hard working employee ? employees like Mary are hard to come by. My family and I will definitely return knowing we can feel at home with Mary serving us..
Expensive raspados here almost $7.00 for shaved ice and strawberry puree
Low quality they only have half of what is offered in their signs, trully disappointed I should have went somewhere else honestly

We ordered super nachos they gave us tostitos so waited for the super nachos the chips were stale and the cheese was cold we also ordered a drink frm their fridge it was not even cold and I dt know what kind of meat they put on there but it sure was not carne asada when I told lady the cheese was cold she felt the cheese pot and said it's not cold and walked away dt come to this place

The taste is delicious. The service is great: nice person working, and good presentation. Clean area. One thing I believe it needs improvement on is that there was only one employee there, and it was a very busy time. The waiting time needs to be considered by management, or the management by the owner. Don't get me wrong, she was very fast, and got the customers out pretty quick considering that she was multitasking 100% of the time, but I noticed that some customers were leaving once they noticed the store was full and only one employee there. Why I pick on time? Because it supposed to be a fast place to visit (at most 15 minutes), even if you are dinning in you would like to get your order in less than 15 minutes.
