The customer service at this place is garbage. Adam the manager likes to stand around and chit chat with employees rather than tend to the current line of customers. This place was NOT busy. I should have been in and out, but had to wait in line while employees talked amongst themselves instead of doing their job. Loves Canes, do not recommend this location.
I died and went to chicken heaven! ??Raising Cane's has got to be the best chicken I've ever had. Not to mention the perfect sauce that accompanies the meal.Also, the texas toast was perfect! Buttered and browned to perfection! Looking forward to my next visit!
The place was busy, however I got my order in quickly, received it promptly, and out the door I went. Food was prepared well, organized and packaged, just what should be expected. Staff was courteous, respectful, and friendly. This is my second visit at this location, and undoubtedly won't be my last. I personally like a fast food company to be professional, get the job done, get what you pay for, and realize the customer is most important. They do all of this extremely well and kudos to all.I am also wheelchair bound, and most places could care less of my condition. These folks literally dropped what they were doing to assist me in and out the door. As a disabled vet, I appreciate this most of all. Again, support these guys, they do an excellent job.
Food was ready fast, was hot and delicious, the space/vibe was clean and pleasant, and the staff was super friendly, definitely love this place!
The food is delicious!!! didnt expect much but the real proof is when you taste it, you taste freshness, and best of all I didnt get sick, like when i eat chicken from other places, i believe its the oil that they use. Would definitely go again, ohh and everyone was very friendly ?
Sat down inside to eat for the first time having had Canes for the last year quite a few times..Excellent 90s playlist jamming out. Staff friendly and decor is good.Yum! Love the app and walk-in/ pick-up
Slap Yo Momma good eating! I love this place for several reasons, food is fresh, fast and delicious, never once have i had an issue with my order its always hot and made right, even at 130am which is another big reason I love Cannes they are open late when choices are limited on where to go and i always choose here
This location literally really has great customer service, cashiers was cleaning and sanitizing constantly which made me feel safe through this hard time were in as well as making sure my drink stayed topped off all while keeping a smile ? great job guys will be back again
