So first time ever coming here! Wasn't bad.. we arrived the wait was quick but I would assume depending on the times you go because the place isn't to crazy big... they do have outdoor seating and some indoor as well...But they do try to be quick they clean as they go someone gets up and leaves they are quick to clean up and get the next people seated only down fall I would see since the capacity isn't the biggest it might take some time if everyone arrives around the same time. Now the Ramen was very good but they do have different types of noodles I enjoyed the noodles more in the chicken Ramen vs what my Fiancé had ordered which was a spicy bowl the noodles where thinner so if your like me and enjoy the more dense noodles then please ask questions before just ordering everyone was super friendly but it could have a bit more of that charm of being a Ramen noodle place .. but aye if you like visiting different types of Ramen locations in would definitely stop on it to at least give it a try the flavors are all there!Oh one more thing it's chopsticks only! So bring your cheaters if you need to or your own utensils!
If you love Ramen then this is the place for you. This is the Go to when im in town AZ folks if you Haven't tried this Ramen you are sleeping. Thanks for the food Food Raijin RamenCustomer service was great. Seating was very comfortable ? ?? XXL Seating
Not a bad noodle shop. I love miso and fresh made noodles; although not a homeade noodle it was good. I remember when they opened it was super packed. The line has died down since - had a tall beer with my order and left content.
The food is SOO good! The cutest little hole in the wall place!
Always quick. Always delicious. Best ramen ever! My favorite is veggie ramen with spicy garlic but all of the flavors are delicious. 10/10 recommend to anyone! Very nice staff as well! I have to come here every time I’m in town.
By far the best ramen in Tucson, and one of the best ramens I have ever tasted, no wander they are always busy. I planned to take some pictures of the my dish as I got it but I decided to try it instead, and after the first spoon I took, I lost control, every thing got blurry and when finally I gained consciousness, I was done eating.that is why I only took one picture.(That is my story and I’m sticking to it)The flavor was incredible, one of my favor things was how the chashu was not shy and thin like other places, this one was wonderfully thick.Raijin Ramen for now on it will be one of my yearly stops while I’m visiting Tucson.
I went on a Tuesday Night so it was relatively easy to get a table. The staff were very kind and quick to the table. I got my bowl perhaps less than 5 minutes after ordering. I got the Tonkotsu Black Garlic and it was a delightful bowl that filled me and left me wanting more. Always a joy coming back to this place for a meal.
I ordered the Gyoza appetizer and a bowl of the traditional white broth Tonkatsu Ramen. It was on my table in about 3 minutes. Which was suspicious…The broth had little to no flavor, The pork was dry. The noodle appeared to be a not made in house variety. The Gyoza was like any other dumpling, not special but not bad.IMO not a real from scratch ramen, I left after a few bites.
Very delicious ramen. We had the black garlic and the veggie. And gyoza. All were great. Takeout works well because the toppings are kept out of the soup.
Delicious menu, fast service, friendly staff !
