Ricky was our server and he was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door he was ready to serve us and make our experience the best possible. Food was fresh and full of flavor. I have been to a few RA's around the country and this was one of the best. We will be back.
The food and service are excellent, but the cleanliness was not up to par of the surrounding restaurants. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and just the smell from spilled beer was noticeable throughout the restaurant!
Drink that we ordered was missing ingredients. Service was extremely slow. Overall a disappointment compared to the Scottsdale location.
What once was my favorite restaurant, has now become my last choice. I can confidently say I will not be returning. The service …if that’s what you would even consider service is non-existent. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life and this is far from amateur. The last 3 times I’ve came for dinner have been a wreck. Food, doesn’t come out timely. We got one roll and then the next three were 30min later. That’s just a bit of my experience, I could continue however, not worth my time.
Great sushi joint! Amazing service and quality of sushi. Comes highly recommended!
We enjoyed our meal. The prices for food was very good, but we thought the price of wine was a little above the norm.
Terrible experience since going in reservation at 7:30 rude host no one listened to us they gave us a table outside after 15min because there were no tables inside for another 30min we get seated outside about to rain and get told everything will be late it's all overbooked overseated what a terrible experience never going back never recommend to anyone and I have never been treated with such disregard by a host and act like we are doing them a favor we simply left never going back would never recommend
Our reservation was at 7:30, we finally started eating at 8:45 PM. We couldn’t help but notice that there were others seated after us that were eating before us. Waitress was very apologetic but it made for a very disappointing evening.
Waited for the visually obvious already ready table (w reservation), cold food, terrible plating and had to clean without help from a spilled drink and didn't get napkins picked up to make room for service or replaced and just generally disappointed ?
The patio is the best because the music is too loud inside. The manager was accommodating and the food was good.
