Sadly I had to explain to 3 people what I need and finally got sandwich home I live 7 minutes away so disappointed the bread was stale the meat I dare not eat it was crumbly not solid which is a indicator or it not being recently prepared as someone who cooks and eats out often I remembered that I have been there about 3 years ago and at least it was edible if I had remembered it I wouldn't have stopped only thing the staff was piet but should have said I dont understand you I'm disabled sad really had to throw away mose of it
My sandwich had 1 piece of bacon, less than 1 tsp of mayonnaise, and NOT ONE slice of cheese, a couple of chicken strips, and the obvious bread.. I ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich with Mayo and Bacon as the add ins. Cheese was already included. I’m sad that I had to be disappointed, because as a member of the medical community, I don’t always get home at a reasonable time and I’ve depended on some Grubhub participating restaurants for my next meal.
There's a great selection of sandwiches and soup. Love the sandwich toasted.
Really good food but always unorganized staff and then they argue in front of you, very unprofessional in front of customers.
Food tastes decent, recently they added a smaller size on the menu which is ok if you’re not that hungry. recently the bread has been flaky and the sandwich falls apart. I had to eat my sandwich with a fork.
The place had a nice atmosphere nice staff, prices We’re alright the sandwich bread was soft and really good!

Food was good hot and tasty prices are good considering the sandwich was stuffed we did not have a good dine in experience tables were wobbly some of the chairs were as well I moved to three different tables. Ending up next to a table that was not cleaned off from the previous person I would buy the food again but not dine in ....
I am from California and my daughter lives in Tucson, and she told us the best place to have a sandwich is at potbelly. And she was totally right. I ordered the the BLTA and it was the best the bacon was delicious. I normally don't order toasted sandwiches but this was the best toasted sandwich I ever had
I was in town from SD. My niece told me I had to try this place. I had the turkey swiss, it was delicious! The meat actually taste like thanksgiving turkey! Only disappointment was they were out of pickles.
