They close the lobby over one hour early for their pleasure. The service was not acceptable. The employees are all teenagers that are not supervised. My combo was horrible. My biscuit was hard, my coke was watery, my fries were mediocre at best, and the real problem was my chicken sandwich. It Looked as though someone chewed up the chicken and spat it out on the bun... The manager on duty was absolutely worthless. He was unprofessional. He took the sandwich back through it in the trash and then they took it back out of the trash and laughed about it. Needless to say I don't know where he got the sandwich that he was replacing it with, But I told him just to give me my money back because I don't trust him. I asked for the general manager's name and he refused to give it to me, He did tell me it was on my receipt. But I asked him just tell me what the name is, he kept telling me, just look on your receipt look on your receipt. I told Alonzo ( that's the manager on duty) that I was going to report him and he said OK. Needless to say I am never going back. And I'm gonna notify the health department. For going through the trash and continuing to make sandwiches not washing their hands and not wearing gloves while making the food.
Stopped in just now (Saturday 5:20pm) and ordered through the drive-thru. We were missing several items that we ordered and paid for (we checked the receipt to make sure we didn't accidentally forget or something). We tried to go inside to get it corrected but the doors were locked. The line for the drive-thru was really long and we didn't have time to go back through, so we just took the loss.
We showed up at 9:15 p.m. on a Friday night....6/24/22 and we placed an order for 8 sandwiches and 3 sides. The person working during that shift told us that they currently did not have any fountain drinks. She messed up our order and after the 4th time of repeating ourselves she asked if everything looked right on the screen.... **they don't even have a screen to look at** when we started to drive towards the window to pay she then told us that she was sorry that they currently do not have any chicken sandwiches..... **WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE THE LIGHTS ON AT THAT LOCATION????*** shut that location down and do not hire employees like that. It is too expensive to spend money on horrible service and it ruins the entire experience. When asked why they don't have chicken or any soda the woman at the window just kept smiling and saying sorry sir.... I even asked to speak to a manager and nobody was there to have a discussion. Chick-fil-A and KFC only from here on!
Nice staff, fast service, tasty chicken sandwich. Individual chicken pieces were too scrawny on a previous visit, so we're sticking with the sandwiches! Nice and cold in the restaurant! Loved it!!
My husband went through their drive-thru on his way home & when he arrived home realized it was the completely wrong order. Not one thing was what we had ordered. He even confirmed with the cashier at the window the order before she handed it to him. I tried calling their locations phone number 5 times & it was never answered. To top it off the voicemail box is not set up, so I wasn’t even able to leave a message.
This was the order of fries I received. I honestly thought it was an empty bag at first. Also didn’t receive my included biscuits or the ones I paid extra for. Chicken was dry. Terrible experience.
While the food was good, we were given the wrong order. We didn't want the food to go to waste so just ate it. When we just let them know that they gave the wrong food and why we didn't bring it up, barely got an apology with no offer to make it right. On my part, everything was done with utmost politeness.
This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Popeyes. The employees went the extra mile to make sure everything was great. Everything was spotlessly clean as well!
Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday around 12:30p.I found the staff pleasant and friendly.My order was taken without error.I wish l could say my food arrived promptly buy sadly that wasn't the case.The long delivery time seemed to be a shared experience for everyone in the dining room.It seemed as if the priority of the staff was focused solely on the dive thru lane at the expense of the patrons who elected to dine in.My food was excellent, hot, tasty and full of flavor, delivered as ordered.Had the wait time for my food been reasonable, l would have gladly left a 5-STAR rating.
It's been a long time since I ate here. The food was hot and tasty and served very fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great job!
