I order two of the two can dine meals. When I receive my order, I only have 7 fries with 1 order and 9 in my other order. When I asked the lady with red hair color on her neck and arms was this considered two orders of fries, she said that they are not allowed to fill the bags anymore. I also did not receive any biscuits. While the chicken was good I did not get what I paid for.
So the past few times I have been here were terrible and I drove away without ordering die to terrible customer service/ manager service. So I went back one last time because the Churches on Broadway and Pantano was even worse and wouldn't even come to the box to let you order. So anyway, I came and ordered, and the guy said he couldn't understand me and to speak slower. So I did. And he repeated the order back to me in a very rude and condescending way. So I asked to talk to a manager, and someone who clearly was not a manager came to window and apologized, saying he heard it and thought it was completely unprofessional. So anyway, I pay for my $41 worth of food, get home, and the order is completely incorrect, and to top it off, the dirty rice that they were offering, limited time, was literally the worst thing I have ever tasted. So disappointed. Will never go back. Honestly done with all fast places at this point. They are all Terrible.
My last few visits have been lackluster at best. How is a chicken thigh dry? The drive thru speaker was broken and no signage. The lobby is almost never open and the employees seem bothered by customers. Like how dare we order food when they're socializing. I like that they're open late because we work late. I gave 2 stars because of the later hours and app deals. I feel at this point it's shame on me cause of the poor service and sad pieces of chicken.
Really poor customer service. Waited in the drive through for an unreasonable amount of time simply because they wouldn't take the order of a car until they'd fulfilled the order of the car before. So they'd take the order of car A, have that car pull up, then you'd sit for 10min until they fulfilled the order and gave it to them before they'd even take the order for car B. When we told them we were ready and asked if they could take our order the girl snapped at us and told us we hadn't been waiting that long and they'd get to us in a few minutes.
I just wanted to make this review to say that one of your employees "Jeremiah", Needs to get a raise or promotion INSTANTLY. I have never felt so comfortable getting some chicken from Popeyes on a Wednesday night. He made me feel at home. Everything he did, from simply taking our order at the drive thru menu, to perfectly presenting our food to us at the window. Everything was simply perfect. Handing our delicious food to us through the window with maximum flamboyancy. After my experience, I am %100 convinced and positive that he deserves a promotion ASAP.
Drive thru line was to long so I went inside and got good friendly service, all employees working hard and doing a good job, manager filling in wherever he was needed all while being very busy. Food was good also. Thank you
The lady with a tattoo on her arm sucks at taking care of costumers. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a family combo. The freaking sandwich was cold as heck, she didn’t give me the fries and just put the all thing on top of the box, didn’t bother to ask if I need it a bag or anything else. By the way the sandwich wasn’t spicy and the all the food and service was bad. I usually enjoy eating chicken at this restaurant but this time was a completely different experience. I’m definitely not coming back to this location again. I rather go the KFC or Churches chicken….
The food is always good. This bad review is about the poor service. This location is brutally slow. We are talking about about 30min extra time added to the apps eta.One would say hey it takes time to make all the food when busy. You'd be correct but this is never the case on multiple visits.The shelf where the food is stored to be served has been filled each time. It's the employees that move with ZERO urgency. They apologize for the wait but don't move any quicker.I mean the food is RIGHT THERE but gosh they move like snails. I'm done with this location. Rather go to KFC on Golf Links than deal with them again.This is a multiple occasions not a one time thing.
I gave a 2 star because they were really busy and I get it its stressful and things get hectic. But that's no excuse to not give customers what they paid for. The day I came in I did have a big order around 40 pieces of chicken. This order was for my daughter and her friends they were having a sleep over for her birthday. When I picked up the order I didn't check it and I even told them good job and Thank you but to my surprise when I got home I was shorted 10 pieces of chicken. This ruined my plans and my day now I have to go back and get what I paid for. This is an inconvenience and thats why you get 2 stars
I'm not sure what was going on today at the drive thru but when it was my turn to order, it was just complete silence. I waited and waited. I said hello and no one addressed me. One of the staff already came out twice with overflowing trash can. I got stuck in the drive thru waiting to leave. Even the car in front of me is still waiting for their order. Unfortunately, the person has to wait because he already paid for their order. ?
