Got the 10 piece family meal.how could not believe how fast the drive thru was. The chicken was so tasty and the sides. Great value and the food was oh so good. I have a new chicken place the flavor is what will have me coming back again and again.
The chicken is usually good when they have it. It's hard to get more than 2 legs in an order, not a big deal if you aren't picky like I am. Strips and nuggets are good, the sandwich is good. It's not a bad choice if you're looking to plunge yourself nearer to that inevitable heart attack we all have coming for our dietary choices. But, you'll probably wait longer than expected for your food. Dropped 2 stars for the long wait times and inconsistent quality (it's very good about 65% of the time), and they almost always get the order wrong- just double check it before you leave.
I came to this location around 9:45pm. Yesterday night. My order was out in about 5-7 minutes. When I got my order it was completely wrong. So I took it back and they said it was fixable. I did not end up leaving till 10:30pm. I was so upset I didn’t even stay to leave! I’m pretty sure they forgot all about my order! I understand they were busy but I should’ve got a refund or something.
Poor customer service. The staff is not professional, I have had 3 bad experiences with the same staff on shift. They are not paying attention to the order, talking to others and goofing around with other staff while not on mute and you can hear it through the drive through speaker. When I asked if they were talking to me, the drive through staff then chose to mute thier mic. Gave attitude when I was given half my order they charged me for. When I asked where the other part of my order was, the drive through lady rolled her eyes. My husband was with me one of these times and at that time there was no one else in through drive through, took 10-15mins to place our order due to the unprofessionalism. I don't usually post reviews, but 3 times with the same staff, unprofessional. Not going back to this location.
We went when they had dinner rush. The chicken sandwiches are our favorite. The pies actually tasted a bit bitter this time. They were fresh and piping hot. The fries were half fresh probably due to fighting the box or it popped open? Still good. Not soggy.The lobby is finally open. The door does stick pretty good. Customer Service is great as always.
Usually the food is good. But, everything I ordered was salty. The Mac-n-cheese tasted like a tire. My fish sandwich was just too salty. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. The only thing that was palatable was the mashed potatoes...but those came from a bag.
What is it with you guys lately and continuously getting orders wrong? I have worked in fast food and I gotta say, it's really not that hard to get an order correct especially with a full kitchen staff. Also, is the fish batter made with the entire container of salt or something because it sure tasted like it. I was done after just one bite. It had enough salt for a WEEKS WORTH of sodium intake. Same thing with the biscuits. YA'LL ARE USING TOO. MUCH. SALT!! Like, I love salty food but that was just ridiculous. Also, usually the Mac and Cheese is good but this time it tasted like rubbery tap water and that's how you can tell it's old. I could have just thrown $15 in the garbage can instead and saved myself the time.
Food tastes great but the wait times are ALWAYS long even if it's not busy. Sometimes I wonder if owners of these places forgot it's supposed to be fast food. These are near restaurant level wait times, no matter the Popeyes.
Ordered a number 3 and number 4. They did not mention their soda machine was broken. So they were selling combo meals eventhough they did not have a working soda machine. We requested a refund but the manager took a long time to talk to us. The parking lot and bathrooms were dirty. We saw one of their employees coming into the store looking like he jumped into a dumpster. I don't recommend this store or any other one because they always have issues with their food and soda machines.
Always have a problem with this spot. Couple months ago tried to order dinner over phone and they said we called the wrong Popeyes as they got no order. Recently we decided to order online and they gave my food away to someone else. Idk but we done with this spot. Thankful another chicken spot just down the road.
