Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! The manager on duty was impatient and had anger issues, and was very disrespectful!! Their drink machine was out of almost all selections. No proper customer service at all!!! To top it all off, that manager is a THIEF! We ordered a 12 piece meal and we got 10. I can expect bad service through the drive thru but how the heck can they mess up that bad when one goes in the restaurant to avoid the drive thru drama and still screw up that bad?
Pulled in at 4pm to nobody in the drive through. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and after I paid was told to pull around to wait in front of the front doors. Blocking the entire row of parked cars in the process. Have been sitting waiting for food with three other cars for 15 minutes. I finally went inside and my food was sitting on the counter. Chicken was fresh and good but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anytime soon.
Food was good. No long delays. But service was very slow, not alot of customers. Then went to the soda fountain and out of almost most selections. It was one of the new machines that has all drinks and you just pick what you want. Actually they had 2 of the machines. One had big signifying out of order. So the one that was working did not have Reg Coke, Sprint and Diet Coke. I just got regular tea. It was good but just not what I wanted. Again the food was good.
Ordered a.spicy 2 piece with cajun rice. When the order came it had fries. I said I ordered Cajun rice. She said they don't have Cajun rice any more. When I asked why she didn't tell me that when I ordered she said she wasn't paying attention. Then she got snotty when I said she should be paying attention. To make matters worse the chicken and fries were cold and dry.
The worst drive through experience. This Popeyes is near my gym and on three separate occasions, I’ve tried to go through the drive through only to be fed the same story how their system is down which the first time I believed, the second time, I was doubting and then tonight, my third and final time, just plain called them out. Why do they close the drive through during hours they’re open? I wonder if management knows? I wonder how much money they lose by turning customers away. You lost a customer in me.
They people employed here SUCK it would never happen at Chick-fil-A
We ordered from here with Grub hub, the driver told us they forgot the drinks, which may have been a lie, but they also forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken tenders and didn't put a receipt in the bag. It also was cold upon arrival and we live pretty close, so I'm guessing it was made well before it was needed.
We never had too bad of an experience here before but this last visit is enough to never come back. We placed our order and after 20mins I decided to go up to the counter. And I am standing there with no one asking what I need. I think then that's when the woman that took our order realized she didn't put out of order because she began to start putting it together. She then calls our number like it's no big deal. There is a chicken sandwich missing but she says there are more strips on the way. I take order back and the wife didn't get her sandwich. Daughter didn't get her fries. Wife goes up to counter. 5mins or so she comes back with sandwich and no fries. Lady at counter said she put them on the tray. Wife never got fries but wasn't in the mood to continue nonsense. Staff wasn't very helpful at all. No one seems to care that you're a customer. Oh and 3 young men/boys placed their order and then walked outside to smoke up an appetite just right outside next to the window. This isn't much of a family dining place.
Found a dam hair in my cup and I'm blad!!! Not one condiment or even offering of any kind!! Poor service and bad management
Popeyes was always my favorite food to eat until I came here to this location my kids meal didn't come with fries as advertised they took my order for Dr peppers then waited for me to get my order to tell me there was no Dr pepper also there was no mashed potatoes I ordered my biscuit just for my mashed potatoes then to top it off I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich anyone who eats popeyes regularly knows a regular chicken sandwich with spicy mayo is not spicy chicken sandwich and when did extra pickles mean just 1 extra pickle AS IF.!.!.!. sad sad day for Popeyes(GET IT TOGETHER )
