They do not give the amount of sides in which was ordered. Missing about 1/3 of Mac and cheese and the fries from the combo are something that would come in a kids meal. There are many tables within the store that are gross and there is food laying on the floor. The drink machine was out of a lot of drinks and they didn't have lids for the cups out for the costumers
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Poor service and timely. Waited for 30 minutes only to have to go on and get refund. No one waiting when I arrived but then had full drive-thru after me. Still waited and everyone after me got their food. Will not be giving this place another visit. Wasted my time
Popeyes chicken is the only chicken joint I eat at!!! Every other fast food place is too greasy and the chicken it too fatty.I prefer the original but if it's not available I will eat any other version they have available.The sides are always yummy and the portions are ok. Their bisquits are super yummy too!!!
Waited in drive up for 20 minutes! The girls inside laughing and joking and the girl at the window practically just threw my food at me without a word! The chicken nuggets were processed and soggy. Definetly not going to be my first choice again. I only gave it 1 star because the location and building was nice. ?
Absolutely the worst wast of time, in the drive thru telling me to hold on for over 5 minutes and asked if the employee was still there, and then they said just go ahead and order… and then waited almost 15 minutes for mashed potatoes. It was 9pm and they don’t close till 10pm and doors are locked and employees are just yelling…
I ordered an 8 piece chicken tender meal. I got macaroni and cheese and paid $1. extra for, since it was not an included side. I was fine with that. I live approximately 30 minutes away. Thought the price was excessive $27. plus, but didn’t check. Got home and found that they gave me an 8 piece bone in chicken meal. We do not eat boned chicken! I was very irritated and not willing to spend the money on gas to go all the way back. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Good chicken. I used to Love Popeyes red beans n rice but it's just not as great as I thought. I remember it being spicy, maybe that was just in Cali. I can't say I'd go there again, well maybe and see if those red beans n rice are any better!
I just want to commend Pedro the Manager. He went out of his way to make our eating experience with my elderly parents wonderful.We also noticed he showed amazing customer service to all those who were there. Thanks again during this difficult customer service time!
Had a slightly longer wait time for a large family sized order than you would expect at other fast food restaurants, but it was still a reasonable wait time considering it was dinner time and it's fried chicken. Food was great.Helpful staff, clean dining area, clean restrooms.
I'm a big fan of Popeye's Chicken but the chicken here is hit or miss. I've been there about 7 times over the past two years and three of the times chicken has been overcooked and more like chicken jerky, especially the chicken sandwich.I'm not sure why there's such inconsistency but I hope management figures it out.
