This is my kids favorite Peter Piper to go to. The "roller coaster" ride has been under construction since at least February. The new token and ticket system takes some getting used to but is more convenient as far as not having to worry about keeping track of tickets. It is clean and most of the employees are helpful and courteous. It does get rather busy as most arcade type places tend to be.

I gave this Peter Piper four stars because they did a pretty good job when I went there. The restaurant was clean and organized there was ample parking in the parking lot. Also most of the staff was pretty friendly except for the guy at the ticket counter who was getting annoyed at the kids cuz he kept buying candies and I guess they have to count each candy out and I can see in his face that he was not having it. All the games were in working order except for the little go-kart thing in the corner it said it was still under construction but it looked like it was just turned off to me. It was nicely decorated I think they were having an event for kids and before we had left it did get packed full of kids from some school or some group. The pizza was fantastically cooked Peter Piper is the only place that I ordered double cheese and double sauce because I just like a juicy Pizza but nowhere else makes it like that how Peter Piper makes it so it's the only place I order it like that. The attendant was very attentive she kept coming to our table to clear off the trays of pizza. we were there for an impromptu birthday party so we forgot the lighter for the candles for the cake but the guy heard that we didn't have a lighter and he voluntarily brought us a lighter without us even having to ask him so that was great service right there. It was my first time here knowing that they have the cards to play games instead of the tokens so that was new to me it's more like round one where you just have to load the card with either time or tokens I guess. If your kids get along all you need is one card don't fall for buying multiple cards you could just switch off. I like this location because they have tons of TVs and we were able to watch the Diamondbacks and enjoy our pizza and have some fun so yeah four stars to this place good job Peter Piper's. I would recommend this location because it was less busy than most other Peter pipers which is weird because it is right across the street from the mall so I would have thought the opposite. One last thing I forgot to mention earlier, the restrooms were very clean and clean restrooms speak volumes for a restaurant.

Let me preface this by saying, I understand I went to Peter Piper Pizza so my expectations were not set extremely high to begin with. However, any time I spend money on something, I expect to atleast minimum receive what I purchased. That did not happen and the employees working refused to give me the pizza and appetizer I ordered. I visited the Peter Piper Pizza on Broadway 05/13/22. When I arrived there were maybe 5 other families in the facility. When I was at the register I learned that they have game cards instead of tokens. They encouraged me to purchase the points because they did not know how to load the hourly game play and it was more difficult for them to do so. I advised i didn’t mind waiting since that would be the most beneficial for my children. This took approximately 30 minutes to load due to a new girl training and having to wait for other team members to help. I then ordered an XL NY 3 Cheese and Pepperoni and fried zucchini. Total for my order was $88. After paying and walking away I realized the only receipt I received was with the time punches added to the game card. I immediately went back to the cashier and she said that she threw away the other receipt. She checked the register and told me my order number. After playing games with my kids, I realized I did not hear the order called and went to check, the young man at the pizza counter said that they were already in the 150s and asked to see my receipt. After explaining what happened, he said there was nothing he could do because I didn’t have a receipt. I pointed to the young gal who took my order and said she threw the receipt and he said my order was gone and nothing could be done. He asked what I ordered and I told him to which he said yeah, that’s not being made because I didn’t have a receipt. I started getting frustrated at this time.If a receipt is needed to pick up pizzas at the window then my pizza would have still been sitting there. I’ve never had a worse experience, I communicated my frustrations of not receiving the food I paid for and the workers did nothing. I did not receive my food and I will never be back to that location. The management needs to do a better job training. The entire experience at this location was a nightmare. I’ll stick to the Peter Piper Pizza on Ina. The workers are always kind, professional and friendly. Managers there frequently ask how the guests how it’s going and I have never not received the food that was order. This experience was terrible. Do not recommend and would choose any of the other locations in Tucson.

You can see your pizza made and roll out the oven. It was so fresh and crispy. If you're diabetic stay away from the lemonade, it is super sweet.

Went there for my son's birthday two rides were down ,half of the games didn't work. They said they are under new ownership. I know the old owners were local they always had a person walking around fixing the games. They also got rid of complimentary balloons for birthday party reservations. the nice things about going there is you get the whole party package it makes it easy for the parents the kids can have fun, but when the games don't work and the rides are down kinda seems pointless why to go there? Probably better to go to 1st round or Dave and busters.

It's a great place for the kids. I gotta be honest though I didn't like having to purchase a card with points on it to play games. What happened to good old tokens or just quarters. It was a little annoying but all in all the kids had a blast the pizza wasn't as bad as I remember it being when I was younger. All in all I'd recommend it for an afternoon or a bday party.

Monica, the manager, was so kind to my family and I. We enjoyed a great 9th birthday gathering. I hope upper level management recognizes the value you add to their team. Food, drinks and games were awesome!

Food was okay. The service was subpar. They just don't seem happy to be here. You would think it would be the weekend crew that were like this. But the weekends and the employees have always been amazing. Maybe because it's Thursday. Maybe it's an off day.....

I gave them 3 because I love their pizza but things have really changed for the worse. I remember being a single mom and after food only have a few bucks for my baby to play games. Which was awesome! Now it's like Dave n Busters no more tokens. You have to buy a card...minimum $15. If you have more than one kid they must share or you have to buy 2 separate $15 cards. We bought the $25 card (better value)just to find out a lot of games were broken. Their large/family salad was so little and it was just iceberg lettuce and a little cheese. The cashier forgot to give me my salad and forgot to roll anybody I was standing there waiting for our pitcher of beer. I had to ask someone else to get it for me. The big wing order is $27. Says it feeds 6...more like 2. I'm so sad as this has always been a family favorite!

Favorite Pizza and Games place to take my kids in Tucson Area. Games are reasonably priced. Pizza is decent and not to pricey. We visit this location a couple times a month , at least. Facility is well maintained and restrooms are relatively normally clean even at peak hours.
