Pizza was good, but cheese bread was poorly made and only had cheese on a portion of it. Fruit ordered with kids meals was not provided until requested. Floor was sticky and dining area was not cleaned as guests left. Alot of the games were out of order and many were not marked as such as credits were essentially stolen from my kids. Lots of staff working, but they seemed bothered by guests.

Overall the place was fairly clean, jn the 2 hours I was their for a birthday party I did not see much cleaning of the game machines going on but the tables got cleaned efficiently. The pizza was ok, some cooked well and others the crust was hard and crunchy as could be on the whole pizza so it was inedible othe than to the 2-3 year olds who thought it was pizza crackers

Super easy process for birthday parties. We held out daughters 8th birthday party here. Only bummer is - tokens and tickets are no longer- so sad! Kids had a hard time understanding they were burning points so fast. So make sure the know how to look for it.

I ordered an X-large pepperoni and was given a large in an extra large box, I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I asked for extra sauce and was given extra cheese instead. Plus the crust was burnt and and as thin as a cracker. None of the long haired employees were wearing hairnets, the skinny blonde had no hairnet, no cap, and hair hanging out. What happened to this location? They used to care. They don't care about their hair falling in the customers pizza, so it safe to assume they don't care about the place being sanitized either. The health department needs to know about this.

Extremely expensive they no longer have the tokens it’s all a card u pay 25.00 for 60 min of play time!! Tickets are placed on the card totally took away the original process which we all love ;(Prices have sky rocketed and the kitchen literally took 30 min to prepare a simple order of wings horrible customer service sadly enough this place has lost their touch

We go here all the time! 1st time with their new token system being converted to cards. Easy to use and kids dont have to worry about losing tokens. Great oizza too, we always get extra large pepperoni pizza. Yummy!

Such A great experience at this location always kind to kiddos with sensory issues. They took out the carousel ? super sad but have updated their games so that you can buy a gun pass in two different formats the unlimited play does not include admission to the roller coaster. The staff was super friendly about it you can load the fun pass at the kiosk and for the timed package there is a pause feature for the card and it automatically loads the tickets to your card so no more paper tickets to keep track of.

They had good pizza. They have a lot of kid games and adult games. The carousel had more then horses and the roller coaster was fun.

The pizza is not very good, but tolerable. The games and rides are very nice for the 12 and younger group. My 10 and 8 grandsons love it there. The cinnamon desert pizza is pretty good.

We've been coming to this location since before it moved from across the street. We know what to expect as it can get pretty hectic. However, this was perhaps one of the worst experiences I've ever witnessed. Waiting one hour and 17 minutes for pizza. Rude responses from staff. Watching them take dine in pizza from the counter throwing them in boxes and fulfilling carry out orders. Time after time I watched as they did this. Finally I spoke to a manager who tried to fix things but overall I question the drop in efficiency and service.
