We came here because it was close to the where we were staying. It enjoins a store so you can enter by going through the store or going through the entrance on the left side of the building. My wife had tacos with beans/rice. Not much flavor. I had a fajita burrito. It was okay but nothing to write home about. Wish we had gone somewhere else.
Been going here every weekend for the past year, and I always loved Thier breakfast burritos. Unfortunately yesterday I came in and got a steak breakfast burrito and they changed the potatoes that they used to put in them to french fries.... What a horrible change. I couldn't even eat half of my steak burrito because it just plain taste horrible now with the fries that taste like they were fried in oil that was years old. I will no longer will be going for breakfast burritos and possibly not at all... It's a shame.
Food is wonderful. Just took quite a while for them to make it and get it out to us.
Normally this is our favorite restaurant and the food is delicious. But this time we ordered and the refried beans smelled and tasted like cigarettes. We called the restaurant to let them know they might want to look into it and the lady that answered the phone was rude and said there was no way and wouldn't look into it.
I've had some pretty legit food from this place. They're several steps up from your typical 24-hour Mexican place. If they had longer hours I'd eat there all the time, but their business hours typically don't jive with my schedule, so, much to my doctor's delight, I don't get to visit as much as I'd like. Never had anything I didn't like, or wouldn't order again. You wouldn't think a Mexican restaurant attached to a gas station would be this solid.
Don't bother! Super greasy gross and a waste of our time and money. I actually woke up sick in the night from it. Really unhappy to have eaten that food. I should have left it on the plate.
I was looking for "authentic Mexican food". I'm SOOOO glad I didn't drive off after seeing "Tacos and Burgers" on the sign. (Didn't look this up on Maps, just driving by and saw "Papa Locos".) Found out it's Mexican and American food, but all with from an Authentic Mexican twist. Crazy thing is, I didn't even get Mexican food. I love Philly Cheesestreaks! So I thought I'd try theirs. It....is....THE.....FREAKIN.. BOMB! MUCH better than what I ever got from Philly. I am saving this place on the map. I'm DEFINITELY coming back.
Stopped in while riding the Loop. The Veggie Burrito is a hearty reward for a long ride on a windy day. Wonderful women running the restaurant- very friendly & efficient. Food is fresh, hot, healthy, and fast. Hit the spot!
Good authentic Mexican food. I had the green chili enchiladas with rice, it was very flavorful. Friendly service.
Real good, I had a bite of my friends California burrito and it was really good. Not too fond of beans but even the bean burrito was yummy,. I wish I could remember the girls name that helped me this time but she was awesome! If you haven't gone yet, what are you waiting for- go go Go!!!
