We ate here twice and the food is very tasty. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The best part is the dining room which is comfortable and spacious and clean with no loud noise. It's very quiet in here at 11 a.m. The prices are slightly high, but we were offered pastries for only 99 cents each at 11:00 a.m.
Very rude! Molly working at front counter completely cut me off during mid order to talk to an old friend. It was the rudest thing I've ever encountered in life while having my order taken. I do not recommend having people work the front counter if they care more about catching up with an old friend than taking orders.
Came in with my mother on 5/02/22 around 2:00 pm.,experienced very rude LGBQT food server!!. We ordered food and sat outside as it was cold inside. Server practically threw our order on the table and walked away. I returned inside to ask for a clean soup spoon. Was lectured about how they were just water spots!. I know a dirty spoon when I see one. Cashier lady was nice but she needed help as there was quite a line of people waiting. Also menu items online were not available to order for dine in. Annoying when you have to choose for an elderly person that has dietary limits. I won't be coming back!!
The customer service was wonderful. He was real patient with us. The food could have been better. We dined in. The tomato soup was cold and the chicken sandwich was cold too. I was very disappointed with the food.
This was my third time going to this specific Panera. I got the chicken Caesar salad with a large bowl of broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and 2 baguettes…must of caught them on the wrong day because my friend and I got food poisoning:) don’t think I’ll be going back again. Please be more careful in the kitchen. The food was great, but it wasn’t worth the Hershey squirts and vomit.

Food was great.... However, dined in and the location was not clean. Trash all over floor, dirty tables, empty used plates left on tables, soda machine dripping and there was a huge puddle on the floor. Caution sign was up but this was so not safe for anyone. They were not busy so it just comes down to the little things that really matter, and the care or lack of the employees showed for the business and their customers. This location can be so much more since I was there a few years back and it was not like this. All in all get the food, the bread and the treats, just maybe get it to go. Don't like doing a bad review but it is important to know what's up and be honest.
Brittany (I think that was her name - long blonde braided hair, petite, very incredibly kind) was so wonderful. I was there for 3 days visiting family and offered my coffee subscription each morning. And this kind, sweet girl not only made my order to perfection but I felt like I wanted to be her friend. Thanks girlie!
Even though they were all working shorthanded, they managed to be kind, polite and professional. We ate there 3 times due to the quality of the food and the wonderful staff. We will definitely return next time we are in town.
Panera Bread scams customers out of money with half portion. I ordered a small Mac and cheese at Panera bread in Arizona and they half filled it when it was a to go order. They could be doing this all across the country and no one would know. it’s time we stand up for what is right after this special we can talk about how Arizona is a free state and how restrictions for Covid have been lifted/relaxed. Here is the picture that they scammed out of Mac and cheese on
