Great breakfast sandwiches, a nice assortment of fresh Pastries, good decaf coffee and cream available. Friendly Staff, quick service. The Pecan Braids are excellent. The Sip Club is handy to have!
Dirty plates on about 1/3 of the tables. Ordered on the app...about 17 minutes later I got my cold bagel, frozen butter, and 3/4 filled drink. Other people ordered and after about 15 minutes someone came out to tell them it was ready, they just were needing some plates. About 7 minutes later he comes out again to ask if putting it in togo containers would be okay. I'm sure that food was hot and fresh. One of the worst establishments I've been to. Dobyours3lf a favor and go somewhere else.
Shockingly bad coffee. They managed to make all of their caffeinated coffees (regular, Columbian and hazelnut) weak/watered down and lukewarm. If you like coffee and have Panera's unlimited sip club, I suggest that you avoid this location.
Good is really good but there's just no one that works here that's every in a hurry. There can be one person in line in from of you and it will still take 5+ minutes just to take your order. The people are friendly, but just no sense of urgency, so don't stop in here for a smoothie if you're in a hurry.
There was several homeless people hanging out inside and outside of the restaurant, not even eating. One was laying down in the booth by the drink station, passed out with all his belongings everywhere. The workers were clearly tweaking/unstable and very unprofessional! Cussing up a storm about everyone and everything that they hate. Not the kinds of people I trust to handle my food! I will not be returning to Panera's dirty, ghetto restaurant!
Waited a long time in a very short line, when waiting for my food I can hear the manager with purpleish hair the whole time cussing, making inappropriate jokes, and over all being very loud and rude. She was yelling at runners the whole time even though there was only two of them here. Would recommend just going to a different Panera if you can.
Great staff here, but the food is still garbage. Don't fall for the unlimited coffee plan, it's a scam and corporate won't refund your money. The wifi here is horrible.
We have ordered pizza, 10 beans soup bread bowl and salad. We liked pizza very much. Soup was nice, but the outer bread bowl was very hard to eat?. Salads were very nice. Cinnamon rolls were yummy.
Ordered pick up from here for our whole office. ALL the sandwiches were soggy. Pizzas were cold. It was like the food was done a few hours before it was supposed to be picked up. The only good items were the salads. They also didn’t give us one of our sandwiches. Overall not a good experience and won’t be going there again.
The worth of the worth, I used to be a Panera guy and this is the last time I will be in one of this fast food restaurant.I drove 10 miles to have a dinner with my wife and everywhere it says that the closet at 9:00 pm.
