Was clean with decent food. But I have to say, this was the first time in 8 years that I've had someone complain about my service dog not being under the table! She is a LARGE (110 lbs) black lab and cannot physically fit under a table especially with the feet of the table spread out from the center. I'd like to see a human try it. My dog takes very good care of me. I'm not about to force her into an uncomfortable situation to appease you. Nope, I won't be coming back to this location. There are plenty of others around town that welcome people with disabilities and don't call attention to our being different.
Visiting this place to escape reality for a while is great!
Food is great but parking by the university is a pain. Take the streetcar, much easier.
The location at Crossroads is maintaining Covid protocol. The service is fast and the food selections are pleasing.
Waited for 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches when everyone who came and ordered after me received their food in less than 10 minutes. Was told they were “extremely backed up” but everyone else’s food was coming out? Confused and disappointed.
The server was really rude to me when I asked about jobs, and their food was not fresh at all. Their mac and cheese was warm in the worst way possible, and the baguette was soggy. Never coming back.
Their google profile says they are open on Sunday but when you go there the sign says closed on sundays. Seems like 101 stuff to update your hours online.
Their coffee subscription isn’t worth it. I’m sitting here drinking my diluted, bitter black coffee now. Apparently they have only three types of drip coffee and one type of iced coffee bc they (all locations) don’t know how to add ice to their hot brews. For this location in particular, I never thought I would have had to explain what liquid cane sugar is to anyone who’s ever heard of coffee before, but the people here don’t get it. I explain what it is every single time I come to get iced coffee. But now they have resorted to telling me that the liquid cane sugar is reserved for lattes and capps, which is stuff that don’t come free with a subscription. So I guess all you can get with your coffee subscription is unsweetened bitter black coffee. Don’t get me wrong - they offer half n half and sugar granules for your self serve needs. If you like your sugar to sink and precipitate at the bottom of your coffee. And too bad the half n half is never filled up.Their hours aren’t feasible for workers - opening at 9 when everyone starts their work day at 8 or 9. And when I tried calling to cancel my coffee subscription bc I can’t accommodate with their hours, they said they “don’t typically do refunds” and “will submit an appeal to a supervisor who will probably still deny my request.” Then they offered a $10 credit for any Panera product, which I reminded them again that I cannot use bc I cannot accommodate their hours. Ignore the fact that I may as well have kept using the subscription unlimited coffee for the month for the same price.P.S. Almost every single time I come here there’s a fly sitting on their pastries and a worker blowing her nose right in front of the coffee and teas.Just keep using Starbucks, people. No wonder Panera’s dying out.
Ordered food online and came in to get it at 5:30 but the place was abandoned! I had already payed for it before coming. I have no idea what happened but both online and the app say that it is open until 9 pm.
Wanted to get some food from this Panera. Walked in the store at exactly 6:00 to be turned away and told they were closed. Online it says they’re opened until 9PM?
