Service, food, and ambience was great. Restaurant wasn't crowded and no waiting.

The food was delicious, but the wait for food was surprisingly long. The drinks and appetizers came out pretty fast, but then our plates took a long time. It was delicious, but just delayed. It wasn't particularly busy, a Wednesday night, and the rest of our stuff came fast. Otherwise it was great. Staff was nice, food was good, the restaurant was clean. I'd still go again with no issues, I would just plan on waiting a little bit for food.

Food was fresh and quickly brought to the table. I was impressed at with the quantity and quality of the food for a great price! But the thing that stood out the most was the vibes from the employees working that night. Each staff member was working with ease and thoroughness. This was a nice change to see because I've definitely noticed in the last couple of years this is really hard to come by. I know for a fact this is ultimately from good management.I just have to say it really made my dinner experience a great one! I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a place to eat in that area for dinner!!

It has been several years since we attended a Outback restaurant so we were expecting the same quality of food and service that we had in the past. But guess what, it wasn't there, the service was extremely poor. Took us 10 minutes to even be greeted by a server and at that point we ordered cocktails and asked for some water, 15 minutes later we finally got both and we had ordered an appetizer at the time we ordered the drinks that didn't come out till about 5 minutes after we got our drinks. When we got our food my son asked for mayonnaise for his burger and never got it. Our bill was over $200 we only had one drink each and the three of us had a salad and an entree and a meal to goThe server was tipped well, a little over 20% since I have worked in that industry I understand that they live on their tips so I didn't want to punish him even though service was not great. Probably won't go back to Outback anytime soon. There are many good steakhouses out there Texas Roadhouse in Longhorn are very good we'll probably go to those next time. I had the prime rib sandwich which was very dry and tough, the other meals were okay, the steak and shrimp was good and the burger was just okay, for the price you pay for a burger you would have expected much better. All in all it was not a great experience. ☹️

My first time eating at this place. Our waitress was amazing and very well informed on everything on their menu. She explained the custom dishes on each page. She asked where we’ve eaten before and the types of dishes we usually ordered so she was able to recommended things based off of what we liked to eat. Her timing was perfect when coming by to check on how we were doing and if to see if we needed anything. She was an older waitress so her way of customer service was old school, which as a former waitress myself, I greatly appreciated! I had a prime rib sandwich, which was cooked to perfection! A lot of places mess up prime rib! I would go back there to eat not only because the food was excellent, but also because of the waitress we had!

Gotta be honest, five stars seems super high for a franchise like Outback. But I had such a good experience that I have zero complaints. Seated immediately. The server brought bread. My filet mignon was incredibly tasty. The server quickly accommodated our extra requests--seasoning on the side, horseradish, etc. Didn't wait long for service or the check. It was just a great experience. Great job, Outback Tucson.

I guess this Outback has forgotten how to cook steak! My Mother and I both ordered the 6 oz sirloin med well, my Mother's was WELL done and mine was bleeding! So we waited while they brought us 2 new steaks mine was fine but my Mother's was bleeding! Did not stick around to see if they could get it right the 3rd time.

We went early. The hostess and wait staff were very friendly and attractive. There was a small wait for our bar order and some confusion on what drink was what. I ordered the black cherry mule and the first time it came out with mint and the second time with a black cherry and a slice of lemon no mint. Both were good but weird that they were that different.

Good food .Good drinks.Good value ,above all great service'from our server (Randi i think)Asset to the venue.Recommended !?

Not Gluten-free, unfortunately this restaurant didn't understand what Celiac means, I got glutened and was in so much distress and pain I couldn't even walk to make it to urgent care but after 4 hours and stomach medications I finally got relief, we were traveling so I could not touch base with the Restaurant.
