After eating only a small portion of our food, it went straight to the trash. The Gyro wraps were huge, not a plus when the food is this bad. I'm not sure what the meat inside was but it most resembled ordinary ground beef, certainly not gyro meat. The taziki was a mess of something, no hint of garlic, vinegar or yogurt, just a pale gray glop of awfulness. It was disgusting! Grape leaves, no flavor at all. We ordred two identical Gyro wraps and one came with a salad and the other with french fries, not sure who made the decision to mix it up but certainly not us. The servings are enormous but I would rather have something small that tasted good instead of a lot of something inedible. I hate being disappointed, especially when there are few Greek restaurants left in town. This food has no resemblance to real Greek food. I'm not sure what exactly it is but I do know I will never eat there again.
The staff no clue what is going on - the food is dreadful the wrap leaf with rice hard as a rock and tasteless. The gyros is process food absolutely to be avoid. the portions are huge and not appetizing. the number one TOP worst being the Moussaka boiled watery and a topping that we can't still define !!! Stay away there is nothing of Greek cuisine except the dish name Greek is refine light and flavorful. Here it is huge tasteless and blend ...
My handicapped (uses walker) and myself were seated at a table by the host. After opening our menus a female employee rudely told us " to get up as the table was reserved" (no visible reservation sign). We told her that the host had seated us. Upon asking her who she was we were informed she was the "Manager". There was no apology extended and no attempt was made to rectify the situation. The next day I telephoned the "Owner" who extended a lukewarm apology in spite of being informed of us we being long time customers from their prior location on Campbell. We were humiliated and embarrassed with the service treatment and definitely will not be back.
Well served food and very fast service. I ordered take out and was told it would be about 15 minutes and everything was ready in 5. It was expensive but overall very well served. The food is fresh but I wouldn't say it's amazing. The honey cake wasn't good.
Great food, very ample portions. Excellent service, too. Prices were quite fair. We each had quite different dishes and they were all great.
I had the chicken wrap for takeout. It was filled with so much gristle! I had to spit out all these pieces from just one side of the wrap. It had good flavor, and the salad and rice were good. I just don’t understand why more care isn’t taken with the meat. The quality here is close to a fast food restaurant versus a fine dining restaurant. Better than McDonald’s, but still has much to be desired.
Not sure whether the food served here is original greek or americanized greek, but regardless, I like it. In my opinion, the food here is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant ambience is very casual. The serving is relatively quick and attentive.
Got a sampler plate .. lots of food for the money !! Greek salad was good ... Looks like a family type business which is always nice ..Clean and comfy ...not a stuffed shirt type of place.
The best gyro I've had in town. You can tell it's all made in house because it doesn't have that generic taste like a lot of places. They give you a free appetizer platter too, which I liked a lot. Also, the bartender was clearly very busy. However, she was still able to be friendly and maintain speedy service, so that's a big plus in my book. All in all, this place is really good.
FAST food, holy moly so fast. Ordered and literally two minutes later had our food. Excellent flavor! I like my gyro meat a little crispy on the edges so I was in heaven. Fries were perfect from texture to seasoning. Price simply can't be beat, more food than I can eat for just over $10 AND a free starter plate of flatbread, cucumber, hummus, and tsaziki. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, ambiance is bright and airy. This is Greek food heaven.
