The restaurant was clean and attractive. The server was fantastic! He was knowledgable, friendly, personable and attentive to our needs. Thanks Nathan! I had a main staple there, soup and salad. The minestrone soup was hot, and had an abundance of vegetables, and was very flavorful. I enjoyed it immensely. Their salad dressing was cold, seasoned perfectly, and yummy! The bread sticks were warm, and buttery with a outside layer of garlic...?delicious! Having lunch there was a treat!?
The unlimited soup and salad were really good. I love the garlic bread sticks. Alyssa was our server, and we never ran out of drinks and soup. Alyssa already had a new ones before we finished the old one.
We enjoyed (3 of us) our lunch very much. We sat in a booth next to a full table of 8 to 10 people at a business lunch. Yet, we never had to wait for drinks, menus, or anything. Our waitress was very friendly and on the ball. Food, was as always excellent. We do not live in Tucson, but we always have lunch at Olive Garden.
Food was great like always, service was extremely slow. We were a party of 10 and it took over an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. Multiple other parties were seated and had finished their food during that time period. Were served our food and our waiter returned less than 10 minutes after and asked if we wanted boxes for our food.
It's conveniently located off of a main drag in Tucson. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. And my goodness it's an Olive Garden, wouldn't have been my 1st choice. I like small independent restaurants but it's what the young people who I was with wanted, It's kind of a generational thing, many young people are not used to small independently owned neighborhood restaurants that used to be the norm. Young people have grown up with the mall and corporate fast food chains, not just fast food Burger or pizza joints either. There is some hope, with some street truck food being reinvented, but I digress. The service was fast and efficient and the food came quickly. Still ok food and reasonably priced after all these years. I enjoyed the angel hair pasta with shrimp like I always do. The other members of the party enjoyed their pasta dishes as well. Big portions, fresh salad and bread sticks. Like I said it's an Olive Garden, I don't really want to know the source of their ingredients, It's not heirloom tomatoes or organic tomatoes organic herbs and spices, (what you're great grandparent called food), real butter on the bread or let alone where the chicken (It's rumored to be canned) and shrimp have come from or Olive oil which they don't use. But people won't pay more money for better food and smaller portions its not the American way. So you're getting what you pay for, Which is a ton sodium and fat in everything that you eat including salads. Unfortunately most working families cannot afford the higher end better ingredient type restaurants. Obviously people vote with their feet and they like it. What I can rate in a very good way was the quality of service. And the food was hot, just remember where you are.
Great food as always, and loved the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade. Perfect combination of tart and sweet. Bartender Brendan and Cyndi were very attentive and we felt very welcome. One of our go-to spots when we are in town for the gem and jewelry shows!
My experience here was very luxurious and gratifying. Definitely an impressionable place to eat, from this day on I will always keep in mind the sublime time I spent here. The food was the finest I have had in a while to. Not to mention the service was outstanding! This is definitely the best Olive Garden, and restaurant that I have ever been to. Overall because if it’s wonderful qualities I favor this restaurant over anywhere else I’ve ever eaten, the food is splendid, and the service exceeds to my high expectations, so overall I would definitely recommend going here.FOLLOW ME !!! ???
Wonderful experience for a Saturday lunch. Our server, Cameron, was very patient with our chatty group of ladies, he was always very kind and attentive, and my food was as good as always; I always love their minestrone soup. Thank you Olive Garden and thank you Cameron for helping make our ladies get together so enjoyable. ?
I came in and requested a table of 8. I was given a 30 minute wait at around 630 pm, which is to be expected without reservation on a weekday. After finally getting our seat, it was seated for 6. Instead of moving another table to add more space, or reseating us, they brought over 2 chairs and had them on the corner of the table clearly made for 6. I requested to be reseated or moved to another location and was told "Sir this is fine" if my children hadn't been waiting for half an hour already, I would've left. Definitely won't be returning.
I have to watch my language, but it is very difficult given the stupidity displayed. It was my mother-in-law's birthday. So my wife went to the "bathroom" to order a cake for her. The person she found decided to find the server immediately and get the order in. Unfortunately the server was at the table right next to us. The guy asks my wife, "your server is
