As much as I love these cakes the customer service on the Broadway location is horrible. I went in today to pick up an order of cupcakes. The girl working there was not very helpful, I was looking around to also get a cake and she said “anything else” when I was clearly looking as in rushing me. Mind you there were no other customers in the store for her to be rush me. After I paid I wanted to get my cake a topper as well and she didn’t even acknowledge I was looking around, she just said have a nice day. I felt like I was being pushed away so I ended up leaving. I have never had this experience before at the Oracle location. It’s really a shame because no matter how good a product is customer service can ruin it.
My neighbor who works here gave me a carrot cake ? and it was so delicious! Already ordered a cake for mother's day!
Best bundt cakes in town!! This bundt cake shop to adorable. Allison and her team here graciously donated 3 dozens bundtinis to our teachers and staff at Dunham Elementary and we can't be more thankful for that. They loved them!!!
I am in love with these cakes! Unfortunately my favorite so far is the strawberries and cream flavor, which is only available for a limited time. That’s okay though, because they are ALL delicious! I also love that I can order online and pick up the same day.
The cakes were good, the customer service was not. The employee did not seem happy at all to be there. I might go back occasionally. I won't be a regular due to the service.

Absolutely amazing! I recently had a wedding at oasis and gotten Nothing bunt cakes for my wedding and it was so delicious! I had gotten red velvet ans lemon! They were so soft and tasted just amazing!
