7 months ago they changed owners and the food is phenomenal. The flavors werent too hot, the spices were balanced, even their mocktails were amazing. Lamb was cooked perfect, tandoori wings were worth every penny for an appetizer and the waitress with glasses was super cute, accommodating, as was the whole staff. They are awesome!

Authentic food and atmosphere.Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff. Great service. Great food.... for me this desert .... devine

I love Indian food in this place does it right! I recommend trying the chicken vindaloo extra spicy

Stopped by hoping for lunch buffet but that's still not available. (Photo of buffet posted on Google reviews is not to be trusted. ) Had yellow dahl with rice, which was a very modest serving for $12. Decent flavor but overly oily. Papadom was very crispy but the plum chutney was unable to stick to the cracker a it was very watery (despite great flavor). Nice service from my waitress but I'll pass on this restaurant until they restart a buffet service for now.

I was pretty disappointed not only with the food, but the service as well. When I showed up around 5:30, there was maybe two parties sitting down. I came in ordered to-go and was told 25 minutes. Rather reasonable.. Fast forward to almost an hour later and I finally get my food, head home to eat it.While the Garlic Naan was delicious as was the rice, the Butter Chicken was.. greasy. Extremely greasy. There was a solid half inch of oil on top. I have had this dish before at other places and never has it been greasy. While the flavor was good, it was so rich with oil, it became hard to eat.Overall, its was a mediocre food experience and I would not recommend.

LOVED New Delhi Palace!! We had lunch there. We shared a few dishes, including our faves Chicken Tikka Masala and Fish (mahi mahi) Korma. OUTSTANDING!! We actually took enough home for another meal, as well. Can't wait to return and try some of their other dishes. PS nice ambiance and good service, too!

We come here all the time. It has gone downhill fast. Each time we come, the wait is insane but we love the food, so it's worth it. Tonight was the last straw. We waited like an hour for our food. Nobody checked on our table. I had to get up to go to the bar and ask her if I can put in our order because nobody had gone to our table. Once we got our food, our chicken was burnt to a crisp. Your saving grace is two of your waitresses who speak Spanish. They were so nice and doing their best and remained professional. Please listen to everyone on here complaining about the same thing. We love supporting local, but cannot when it seems like they don't care.

We have been coming to this restaurant for a while now and unfortunately the service has been horrible. Long wait times, and all they focus on is take out orders. We do love the food, but they need to hire more people at the restaurant. I hope they do, because we really enjoy the food..

Horrid customer service. Had a good expereience here the one time I ate here about two years ago and now we live close by. This time went in at 6:20 PM on Valentines day, just my girl friend and I. The place was not not full by any means. Receptionist/bar tender said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Then right away the waitress runs over and says it will be an hour, takes my name and number down. We leave and return at 7:00 PM and the receptionist/bar tender says the kitchen is closed! I mention that we were told an hour wait, left my number, recieved no call, and the hour is not even up. She goes in back for a minute or so, returns and says, sorry the kitchen is closed. I will never go back and recommend that you don't go either. There are plenty of good Indian resturants in Tucson, so no need to put up with this abusive, rude behavior and after reading the reviews here about the food changing, maybe it is good we didn't eat here.

New manager/chef's food is top notch: everything we ordered had excellent flavor and came in generous serving sizes. Yesterday, February 16, 2022, we ordered the Main Courses of Chicken Murgh Hyderabadi and Lamb Korma with yogurt and cashews, a side order of Kashmiri Naan bread with raisins and coconut (yum!) and bowl of homemade fresh yogurt dip called Raita, which was the best Raita we have ever tasted! We had so much delicious food that we took half of it home and ordered some Mulligtawney Soup and more Riata to take home as well. We are world travelers and love Indian food. Tucson's New Delhi Palace is up there with the spectacular Indian cuisine we've experience England, Scotland, the Far East and the Caribbean. Best wishes to the new crew!
