this place is a joke. they need to hire real employees who understand customer service and how to make a proper smoothie. i asked if a nut butter was organic and she literally looked confused and said she was new and only been there 5 days. um, that wasn't my question. i didn't ask about your work history. i asked about an ingredient. 2nd, they made my drink wrong when i specifically asked for something to be left out. the attitude and incompetence is unacceptable when you're charging customer's close to $10 for a drink. the staff needs to be whipped into shape big time. that mall is classy and that place IS NOT

A little pricey but the have the best bowls! And I do enjoy their energy balls, they taste great and are a healthy snack.
I ordered the detox and it’s alright at best. After I ordered I was looking at some items in the fridge and reading the ingredients. As I was doing this the guy working there was peaking his head around the corner and acting real weird pretending to clean stuff while watching me like I was going to steal an item like a thief. I’m going to assume these kids don’t know any better than to do something as foolish as that; but it’s very offensive. I’ve got better things to do than steal granola bars. For all you know I could buy the whole store. He should have asked me if I had any questions about the items in the fridge and I definitely would have bought something instead of hawk eyeing me like a thief. This place was very dis occupied considering it’s outside a very busy Apple store; and it’s easy to see why.
Spendy but good! I ordered the acai banana berry bowl. It's very filling and could probably be enough for two. Super tasty!
This location closes at 630 and I went at 550 to get a juice and the young guy working told me he cleaned the juicer for the night…. I was looking forward to a juice all day and am very disappointed that they don’t offer HALF their menu with 40 minutes until close. Very frustrating
super nice employees. first time going and the trip was very easy and it felt welcoming. definitely would recommend, and the bowls are so good!

If I could give zero stars I would. It is not the taste of the food. My niece is allergic to cashews and pistachios. I have never been here before today. I went to get her a smoothie while waiting for my sister at the Apple store. I asked them what was in the smoothie, and they told me “strawberries, bananas,.... just fruit”. They failed to tell me that ALMOST ALL OF THEIR DRINKS HAVE CASHEW MILK! I also work in food service and when I am asked about our ingredients, I always double check and am sure to list everything, AND ASK FOR ALLERGIES. My niece went into anaphylactic shock, and instead of calling 911 or asking if she was ok, they ASKED ME IF I WANTED A REFUND. They didn’t care at all about my 3 year old niece at all. They should not be working in food service if they are not capable of having enough common sense to tell people that they use cashew milk.
Needs work. Drinks were not as appetizing as it sounds. The price for two drinks were $18.65. way to expensive
