As usual the food and the staff are great!! It is nice to know that during the week you can stop in for a quick snack, or, a tray full of wings and a beer, and always be assured you'll find awesome food and wonderful staff! Our waitress, Rebecca was amazing and should get a raise!
We came here very hungry after opting out of eating at the Pima County Fair. Big mistake. We ordered wings and two sides. The wings were just ok but the sides were absurd!! How do they think they can give you literally 4 onion rings for about $5?! That’s $1.25 per one onion ring!! The zucchini fries literally 6 slices for about $5. As well. Almost a dollar a bite. They were not even very good. TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!
We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation. The wings were awesome and plentiful (dry rub) with great selection of food and drinks.
We're done with this place. The service is horrible and this isn't the first time we were ignored. But we wanted to give it another shot. We just ate here and wont be back. I walked in and was standing at the hostesses' counter waiting to see about getting a table after several employees walked by while ignoring me and around 5 minutes later an unfriendly employee walks up to me and just stares at me. I wait a few seconds to see if she asks "Have you been helped?" or "How many in your party?" but nothing, it was awkward and kind of rude. I say "a table for 4 please". She curtly states "I have to seat them first" while pointing to another party. That's fine, they were there first but I wanted to get added to the list or acknowledged like most restaurant hostesses do. I said "alright". A moment later we're seated and our server is okay except she ignored us while we were waiting at the hostesses' counter. We order and one of the items we received was not cooked right, was missing a key ingredient and lacked flavor. We we're so annoyed at this point that we didn't even want to bother with the hassle of bringing it up and having to deal with the staff. We just dealt with it. We won't be back. Wish there were more restaurant options in Vail because this place sucks.
Been living in Vail over 8 years now and finally went to this restaurant? Maybe I was just expecting too much. Waitress was super nice but definitely over-worked. Bar specialty drinks were very NOT good, as if there was no alcohol at all. Food menu was non-impressive for a neighborhood style grill. Maybe we just went on a bad day. Not sure we'll go back though...
Went in today, 3-5-22, at 1-1:15. They were busy told us 25-30 minute wait. All was good, at 2:10 I walked in to see what's going on and realized that over half the restaurant was empty with tables that either just need clearing or were empty. The actual issue was the them only staffing 3 waitresses, one bar tender and a hostess. They were working around the clock, don't get me wrong. But we left. I'm not sure why on a Saturday with a pre scheduled party for the Vail vikings they would have such short staffing.
My husband's bourbon wings were good. My chicken strips were not and neither were my daughters. I got fries instead of the fried zucchini I ordered. When the waitress brought them out, they were cold and mostly breading. The food quality was not up to par.
Disappointing. To Go order. 15 min longer than internet stated. Chicken sandwich was dry. Lettuce wilted. Burgers were low quality and unassuming. Fries sat under the lamp too long. Child opened kids slider meal and said, “that’s it?!”
Excellent service, but the food lacks a lot to be desired. I've also had missing items from my to go three times now.
I ordered a pizza and one pound strippers for pickup off of Door Dash. It said it would be ready at 5:51. I arrived a little after 6, and the curbside waitress immediately took my name. After waiting 15 minutes, she came back out to ask my name again and brought my food immediately out. It still says prepping my food on the app at 7:14. I did not receive one pound strippers. This is not the first time they have botched a food order for me.
